Aggiornamento: 2/2008 Partenza: il Santuario è situato a pochi metri dalla strada che collega Levanto e Monterosso con Pignone, a circa 9 km da Pignone e 8 km da Levanto. Descrizione.
Partiamo dal Santuario di Madonna di Soviore e saliamo all'incrocio con la strada provinciale che seguiamo in salita.
Superiamo l´incrocio con la strada del Passo del Bardellone e proseguiamo fino a raggiungere un grande incrocio (km 1,6; Foce del Termine).
La strada prosegue per Pignone, mentre a destra sale la strada per Vernazza. In
mezzo sale una strada sterrata su cui corrono anche i segnavia del
sentiero CAI .
La salita presenta un inizio facile poi un breve tratto ripido e prosegue senza
difficoltà raggiungendo una selletta (km 2,8; Sella di Schisarola). Proseguiamo sul secondo sentiero a sinistra,
in discesa. Il sentiero porta rapidamente ad un valico dove troviamo l´asfalto (km 3,3; Foce
di Drignana).
Attraversiamo la strada e saliamo seguendo una stretta stradina asfaltata. Dopo
300 metri lasciamo il segnavia che sale destra e proseguiamo sulla ripida stradina che sale a
sinistra. Arriviamo al termine dell´asfalto (km 4,1) dove termina anche questa
salita; qui andiamo a destra in leggera discesa.
Dopo pochi metri ritroviamo il sentiero e seguiamo la sterrata che sale con qualche tornante. Quando il sentiero va a destra lo abbandoniamo e proseguiamo sulla strada che inizia a costeggiare
il versante settentrionale della montagna.
Superando qualche tratto ripido arriviamo ad un bivio (km 5,7) dove svoltiamo a destra,
percorriamo 10 metri ed usciamo sul crinale dove troviamo un secondo incrocio.
Questi due incroci consecutivi sono fondamentali. Al secondo incrocio prendiamo
a destra la strada che sale. Procediamo con difficoltà a causa della pendenza e
dello spesso strato di foglie, poi la pendenza diminuisce e percorriamo un breve tratto pianeggiante al cui termine troviamo un bivio (km 6,1).
Qui saliamo a destra abbandonando la sterrata che ora scende. Dopo 30 metri svoltiamo a sinistra ad un altro bivio.
La strada prosegue con qualche saliscendi e scende ad un incrocio nei pressi
di un valico con panche (km 6,9; Prato di Corvara). A sinistra scendono i sentieri segnalati 05
e 06. Lasciamo la strada e svoltiamo a destra superando i pochi metri che ci separano dalle panche dove ritroviamo
il sentiero .
Seguiamo il sentiero verso sinistra con andamento non difficile nel bosco. Dopo alcuni saliscendi il
sentiero scende ripidamente ad una sella, prosegue a mezza costa e scende infine deciso fino ad arrivare ad incrociare una buona strada dove
incrociamo il sentiero n° 7 (km 10,1).
Andando a sinistra potremmo raggiungere il vicinissimo Passo Cigoletta e percorrere
la traversata di cresta delle Cinque Terre (sentiero ).
Svoltiamo invece a destra. Seguendo la comoda strada forestale scendiamo ad alcune
case (Fornacchi; km 10,8) dove troviamo la strada asfaltata.
Proseguiamo in discesa ed arriviamo sulla strada dei Santuari (km 11,2). Colla Termine
si trova a destra a 8,3 km. Dislivello: in salita 490 m. Ciclabilità: 97% Asfalto: 23% Osservazioni: La strada che percorre il versante settentrionale del Malpertuso
presenta numerose diramazioni fuorvianti. Attenetevi alla descrizione; le deviazioni
fuorvianti sono tutte discensive.

We depart from the Sanctuary of Madonna of Soviore and we rise following the provincial
road.
We get over the intersection with a road, from which you could reach the itinerary
1, and we continue up to reach a great intersection (km 1,4; Passo of the Termine).
The road continues to Pignone, while to the right climbs the road to Vernazza.
Between the roads a dirt one climb on which it also race the trail sign white/red
of the path n° 1 CAI.
The slope begins easy then a short steep tract and continues without difficulty
reaching a small pass (km 2,1). We continue to the left, in descent. The path
continues with the only difficulty of some dejected tree and quickly hands to
a pass where we find the asphalt road (km 3,1; Foce of Drignana).
We cross the road and we climb following an asphalted narrow road. After 300 meters
we leave the trail sign and we continue on the steep narrow road that clims to
the left. We arrive at the end of the asphalt (km 3,9) where it also finishes
this slope; we go to the right here to light descent.
We find again the path n. 1 and we follow it in slope till a square where the
path goes to the right, instead we continue on the road that it begins to skirt
along the northern slope of the mountain.
Overcoming some steep tract we arrive to a fork where we turn to the right, we
cross 10 meters, and we find a second intersection (km 5,6).
These two consecutive intersections are basic. To the second intersection the
road that climbs we take. We proceed with difficulty to cause of the inclination
and of the often layer of leaves, then the inclination decreases and we go out
on the ridge.
We continue straight on to the first intersection, while we are turning to the
left to that follows after few meters. The road continues in light descent and
it arrives near a pass with benches (km 6,8). To the left the signalled paths
05 and 06 go down. We leave the road and we turn to the right reaching the benches
where we find again the path n. 1.
We follow the path toward left with non difficult course in the wood. The path
goes down steeply to a saddle then it continues to half skirt till to go out of
the wood and it goes down definite till to arrive to cross a good road where we
cross the path n 7 (km 10).
Going to the left we could reach the near passo Cigoletta and to cross the crossing
of ridge of the Five Earths (path n 1).
We turn to the right instead. Following the comfortable forest road we go down
to some houses (km 10,7) where we find the asphalt road.
We continue in descent and we arrive on the road of the Sanctuaries. Gradient: in slope 380 ms. On saddle: 97% Observations: the road that crosses the northern slope of the Malpertuso
had numerous misleading ramifications. Follow to the description; the misleading
deviations are all discensives.
