Da Vado Ligure saliamo verso la chiesa, oppure saliamo costeggiando il torrente
Vado. In ogni caso raggiungiamo un incrocio con semafori dove andiamo diritti,
seguendo l'indicazione per Segno o Valle di Vado.
Attraversiamo la zona industriale situata dietro alla centrale elettrica. Continuiamo
sulla strada asfaltata superando Sant´Ermete e raggiungendo un ponte dove inizia
la salita.
Arriviamo alla chiesa di Segno (km 6,5) che lasciamo a sinistra; al tornante successivo
andiamo a sinistra.
Sempre su asfalto arriviamo alle case di Cunio dove troviamo un incrocio con segnali
per Campo dei Francesi a destra (km 8).
Svoltiamo a destra nella strada sterrata che è inizialmente pianeggiante,
ma sale poi con alcune ripide rampe.
Saliamo seguendo sempre la strada principale (qualche auto) ed arriviamo ad un
ampio incrocio (km 11,3).
Svoltiamo a sinistra. Costeggiamo le pendici di Rocca dei Corvi, scendiamo una
ripida rampa e superiamo una frana.
Su buona strada con salite e discese arriviamo ad un quadrivio (km 13,5) dove
andiamo diritti per una stradina che presto inizia a salire e sbocca in un prato
di fronte ad una cascina.
Proseguendo passiamo al di sopra della trattoria ed arriviamo al piazzale delle
Rocche Bianche (km 15). Crocevia di diversi sentieri tutti interessanti.
La rotabile in salita prosegue verso Colla del Termine o Colla S. Giacomo. Dislivello: 600 m. Ciclabilità: 100% Osservazioni: attenzione alle auto.
Troppo asfalto, poco interessante.
Ascent from Valleggia to Rocche

From Vado Ligure we climb toward the church, or we climb skirting the stream Vado. In every case we reach an intersection with traffic light where we go straight, following the indication for Segno or Valley of Vado.
We cross the industrial zone situated behind the electric plant. We continue on the asphalted road overcoming Sant´Ermete and reaching a bridge where the ascent begins.
We arrive to the church of Segno (km 6,5) that we leave to the left; to the following hairping bend we go to the left.
Always on asphalt we arrive to the houses of Cunio where we find to the right an intersection with signals for Field of French (km 8).
We turn to the right on the unmetalled road that is initially level, but it climbs then with some steep ramps.
We climb always following the main road (cars) and we arrive to an ample intersection (km 11,3).
We turn to the left. We skirt the slopes of Rocca of the Crows, we go down a steep ramp and we overcome a landslide.
On good road with ascents and descents we arrive to a crossroads (km 13,5) where we go straight on a narrow road that soon it begins to climb and it leads in a lawn in front of a farmhouse.
Continuing we pass above the restaurant and we arrive to the square of the White Rocks (km 15). Crossroad of different paths all interesting ones.
The roadway in ascent continues for Pass of the Term or Pass S. Giacomo. Gradient: 600 ms. Cycle: 100% Osservazioni: be attention to the cars. Too much asphalt, few interesting.
