Dalla vetta scendiamo all´incrocio sottostante. Andiamo in discesa verso sinistra
sulla cresta, con tratti ripidi, fino a raggiungere una strada sterrata (km 0,8).
Attraversiamo la strada proseguendo dalla parte opposta su di una forestale (segnavia
FIE e ).
La stradina prosegue in salita poi presenta qualche saliscendi.
Arriviamo ad un evidente bivio (km 1,9 dove i segnavia seguono il sentiero che prosegue sulla sinistra per percorrere il crinale.
Prendiamo la strada forestale che prosegue in discesa sulla destra (è possibile seguire il sentiero che presenta una discesa ripida e difficile).
La strada scende parallelamente al sentiero ed arriva ad un quadrivio (km 2,4) dove ritroviamo i segnavia.
Abbandoniamo la sterrata, che prosegue, per svoltare a sinistra sulla mulattiera dove
corrono anche i segnavia.
La discesa è ripida e dissestata, con pietre e rami nascosti sotto alle
foglie e termina ad un altro quadrivio (km 3,5).
A sinistra si allontana il sentiero per Campo Ligure (segnavia ; variante 10.1), di fronte parte un sentierino (attrezzature FR) e destra prosegue il nostro sentiero col segnavia .
Con un tratto poco pendente aggiriamo il crinale e raggiungiamo
un sentiero più largo che seguiamo a destra.
La discesa porta ad un bivio dove svoltiamo a destra (a sinistra variante 10.2 per Campoligure; km 4)
. Raggiungiamo una zona con tagliata nel bosco servita da una strada (km 5).
Seguiamo la strada che in breve porta ad un bivio (km 5,7) nei pressi di una visibile cascina. Saliamo a sinistra e raggiungiamo la casa.
Attraversiamo educatamente il cortile (eventualmente a piedi) e proseguiamo
sulla strada sterrata che scende e risale alla cascina successiva (km 5,9; cani) dove seguiamo la strada.
Andiamo in discesa e raggiungiamo l´asfalto (km 6,6); proseguiamo in discesa raggiungendo
Rossiglione Superiore (km 8). Dislivello: -720 m. Ciclabilità: 100% Asfalto: 18% Osservazioni: Variante 10.1.
Al bivio scendiamo a sinistra seguendo il segnavia .
Scendiamo una mulattiera ripida, dissestata e con parecchi rami ed usciamo su
una stradina sterrata (km 0,3).
Andiamo a sinistra per 50 metri e riprendiamo la mulattiera. La discesa è
infastidita da pietre e rami sotto alle foglie e porta ai margini di un prato presso una
casa (km 0,7). Di qui potremmo attraversare il cortile e seguire la strada sterrata
che scende fino a Campoligure. Qualora decidessimo di seguire il sentiero dobbiamo
svoltare a sinistra.
Scendiamo una mulattiera in condizioni perfino peggiori di quella già percorsa
che ci porta su una sterrata (km 1) che seguiamo a sinistra.
Dopo pochi metri la strada prende il fondo in cemento. Trascuriamo le due stradine a sinistra
ed imbocchiamo invece il sentiero che scende, poco evidente ed erboso.
Il sentiero attraversa una zona coltivata e scendiamo ad un incrocio dove proseguiamo diritti. La discesa
termina su una stradina asfaltata (km 1,5). Andiamo a sinistra scendendo a Campoligure
(km 2,5 alla chiesa). Maggio 2008.
I tratti di mulattiera talvolta fastidiosi a causa delle pessime condizioni possono essere evitati seguendo, a destra, la sterrata che incontriamo al km 0,3 che scende, in circa 500 metri, a raggiungere il tornante dove passa la variante 10.2. Variante 10.2.
Al bivio lasciamo il segnavia e scendiamo a sinistra in un sentiero largo. La discesa non presenta particolari difficoltà e raggiungiamo il termine del sentiero che entra in una larga sterrata (0,5) in corrispondenza di un tornante.
Seguiamo la strada in discesa e confluiamo su una strada maggiore (km 0,7) che seguiamo a sinistra, ormai su asfalto.
Incontriamo la variante 10.2 (km 1,5) e proseguiamo con quella fino a Campoligure.
Descent from Pracaban to Rossiglione on path

From the peak we go down to the below cross. We go to descent toward left on the ridge, with steep tracts, up to reach an unmetalled road (km 0,8).
We cross the road continuing on the opposite part on a forest road (trail sign FIE and ). The narrow road continues in ascent then offers some ups and downs.
We arrive to an evident fork (km 1,9 where the trail signs follow the path that continues on the left to cross the ridge.
We take the forest road that continues in descent on the right (it is possible to follow the path that offers a steep and difficult descent). The road goes down parallelly to the path and arrives to a crossroads (km 2,4) where we find again the trail signs.
We give up the unsurfaced road, that continues, to turn to the left on the mule-track where they also race the trail signs.
The descent is steep and ruined, with stones and branches hidden under to the leaves and it finishes to another crossroads (km 3,5).
To the left it gets further the path for Campo Ligure (trail sign ; varying 10.1), opposite a narrow path departs (equipments FR) and right continues our path with the trail sign .
With an a little leaning tract we revolve the ridge and we reach a wider path that we follow to the right.
The descent brings to a fork where we turn to the right (to the left varying 10.2 for Campoligure; km 4). We reach a zone with cut in the wood served by a road (km 5).
We follow the road that shortly leads to a fork (km 5,7) near a visible farmhouse. We climb to the left and we reach the house.
We politely cross the courtyard (eventually on foot) and we continue on the unmetalled road that goes down and it goes up again to the following farmhouse (km 5,9; dogs) where we follow the road.
We go to descent and we reach the tarmac (km 6,6); we continue in descent reaching Rossiglione Superiore (km 8). Gradient: -720 ms. Cycle: 100% Asphalt: 18% Observations: Varying 10.1.
To the fork we go down to the left following the trail sign . We go down a steep mule-track, ruined and with quite a lot branches and we go out on an unmetalled narrow road (km 0,3).
We go to the left for 50 meters and we take again the mule-track. The descent is annoyed because of stones and branches under to the leaves and leads to the borders of a lawn near a house (km 0,7). From here we could cross the courtyard and to follow the unmetalled road that goes down up to Campoligure. If we decided to follow the path we have to turn to the left.
We go down even a worse conditions mule-track of that already crossed that it brings us on an unsurfaced road (km 1) that we follow to the left.
After few meters the road takes the bottom in cement. We neglect to the left the two narrow road and we take the path that goes down instead few evident and grassy.
The path crosses a cultivated zone and we go down to an intersection where we continue straight. The descent finishes on an asphalted narrow road (km 1,5). We go to the left going down to Campoligure (km 2,5 in the church). May 2008.
The tracts of mule-track sometimes annoying because of the bad conditions they can be avoided following, to the right, the unsurfaced road that we meet to the km 0,3 and that it goes down, in around 500 meters, to reach the hairping bend where it passes the variation 10.2. Varying 10.2.
To the fork we leave the trail sign and we go down to the left in a wide path. The descent doesn't offers particular difficulties and we reaches the term of the path that enters a wide unsurfaced road (0,5) in correspondence of a hairping bend.
We follow the road in descent and we meet on a greater road (km 0,7) that we follow to the left, by now on asphalt.
We meet the variation 10.2 (km 1,5) and we continue with that up to Campoligure.
