Dalla vetta del Capenardo scendono in direzione levante due sentieri. Imbocchiamo quello più a sinistra che scende nel bosco. Incontriamo subito un bivio dove proseguiamo diritti (a destra andremmo a prendere l'itinerario 4) continuando a scendere diritti tra gli alberi.
Dopo una selletta saliamo qualche metro e riprendiamo la discesa.
La pendenza aumenta e diventa elevata con brevi e numerosi tratti ripidissimi. Costeggiamo una recinzione e piombiamo sul largo piazzale
(km 0,9) dove inizia il sentiero per Villa Loto utilizzato dall'itinerario 5.
Attraversiamo il piazzale e prendiamo la sterrata in discesa seguendo l'itinerario 5 al contrario.
Confluiamo su una strada più ampia (km 1,2; la strada porta ad una cava) e svoltiamo a destra. Seguiamo la comoda sterrata che perde quota con numerosi tornanti. Nei pressi della chiesa di Sambuceto (km 3,4)
la strada diventa asfaltata e porta al fondovalle (km 5,7).
Seguiamo a sinistra la strada provinciale fino a Conscenti (km 7,8) capoluogo del Comune di Ne. Dislivello: -640 m Ciclabilità: quasi 100% Asfalto: 59% Osservazioni:

From the peak of the Capenardo two paths go down in direction east. We take that to the left that it goes down in the wood. We immediately meet a fork where we continue straight (to the right we would go to take the itinerary 4) keeping on going down straight among the trees.
After a little pass we climb some meter and we take the descent again.
The inclination increases and becomes elevated with brief and numerous very steep tracts. We skirt an enclosure and we fall on the wide square (km 0,9) where the path begins for Villa Loto used by the itinerary 5.
We cross the square and we take the unsurfaced road in descent following contrarily the itinerary 5.
We meet on an ampler road (km 1,2; the road brings to a quarry) and we turn to the right. We follow the comfortable unsurfaced road that loses altitude with numerous hairping bends. Near the church of Sambuceto (km 3,4) the road becomes asphalted and leads to the thalweg (km 5,7).
We follow to the left the provincial road up to Conscenti (km 7,8) chief town of the Commune of Ne. Gradient: -640 ms Cycle: almost 100% Asphalt: 59% Observations:
