Descrizione.
Da Lavagna, zona FS raggiungiamo la strada che sale a S. Giulia di Centaura e
saliamo, seguendo l´asfalto, fino al piazzale della chiesa (km 3,8).
La strada prosegue ma la lasciamo pochi metri dopo aver superato lo splendido
leccio e scendiamo a destra in una mulattiera lastricata.
La stradina costeggia un ristorante e prosegue quasi pianeggiante fino a ritrovare
l´asfalto (km 4,2).
Scendiamo a destra su asfalto fino alla curva e qui andiamo diritti nella mulattiera.
Costeggiamo le mura dell'eremo di Santa Cecilia e raggiungiamo i ruderi di S. Michele
(km 4,6).
Trascuriamo le frecce per terra che invitano a svoltare e proseguiamo diritto
uscendo su asfalto.
Andiamo a sinistra, ma non prendiamo la mulattiera che scende (alternativa possibile,
ma scalinata) e proseguiamo su asfalto per circa 50 metri per svoltare a destra
in via Pascolini.
La strada scende e va a incontrare la mulattiera (km 4,8). Proseguiamo la discesa
tra muri in pietra e gli ulivi. I facili scalini non presentano problemi.
Dopo un tratto pianeggiante la mulattiera scende sulla destra, un po' più
ripida, e raggiunge una strada asfaltata (km 5,6) proseguendo dall'altra parte.
La discesa prosegue facilmente e termina in via Romana, tra le case (km 5,8).
Non proseguiamo sulla crosa che continua la discesa, ma svoltiamo a sinistra e
seguiamo l´asfalto fino all'Aurelia.
Proseguiamo a sinistra sull'Aurelia deviando poi per raggiungere il centro di
Cavi Borgo (km 6,2).
Attraversato il borgo prendiamo la strada per Borassi e la lasciamo dopo pochi
metri per andare a destra in un vicolo. Percorso qualche metro troviamo a sinistra
una scala e le indicazioni Pedonale S. Anna.
Superiamo i pochi scalini e continuiamo a salire sulla crosa lastricata che termina
in una strada asfaltata (km 6,7).
Qui incontriamo l´itinerario 4 che scende e lo seguiamo al contrario.
Andiamo quindi in salita. L´asfalto termina quasi subito e saliamo sulla bella
strada storica che ci porta ad una strada maggiore che seguiamo a destra fino a sbucare sull´asfalto. Svoltiamo a sinistra e saliamo per raggiungere
l'inizio del sentiero (km 7,5).
Entriamo nel sentiero, lasciando a sinistra l´itinerario 4. Il percorso corre
alto sulle Rocche di Sant'Anna e splendida vista sul golfo. Il sentiero non è
mai esposto, tuttavia richiede un minimo di attenzione a causa del precipizio
sottostante.
Arriviamo ai ruderi della chiesetta di Sant'Anna (km 7,9) e poi ad un incrocio.
Lasciamo a destra il sentiero con segnavia 
e proseguiamo diritto (segnavia
FIE 
).
La bella mulattiera si inoltra verso la valle del Fico che percorre in discesa con qualche
tornante attraversando una serie di antichi ponti.
Usciamo su asfalto nei pressi del campeggio (km 9,1). Seguendo la strada raggiungiamo
un semaforo (km 9,5). Qui possiamo proseguire diritto ed andare verso l´autostrada,
oppure svoltare a destra e raggiungere il lungomare e di lì la vicina stazione.
Dislivello: 255 m.
Ciclabilità: 100%
Osservazioni: itinerario molto bello, panoramico, mai troppo difficile
ma divertente.

Description.
From Lavagna, zone FS we reach the road that climbs to S. Giulia of Centaura
and climb, following the asphalt, up to the square of the church (km 3,8).
The road continues but we leaves it few meters after having overcome the splendid
holm-hoak and we go down to the right on a paved mule-track.
The narrow road skirts a restaurant and it continues almost level up to find
again the asphalt (km 4,2).
We go down to the right on asphalt up to the curve and here we go straight on
the mule-track. We skirt along the boundaries of the hermitage of S. Cecilia
and we reach the ruins of S. Michele (km 4,55).
We neglect the arrows on earth that they invite to turn and we continue straight
on going out on asphalt.
We go to the left, but we don't take the mule-track that it goes down (possible
alternative but stairway) and we continue on asphalt for around 50 meters to
turn to the right at the street Pascolini.
The road goes down and goes to meet the mule-track (km 4,8). We continue the
descent among walls in stone and the olives. The easy stairs don't presents
problems.
After a level stretch the mule-track it goes down on the right, some steep,
and it reaches a tarmac road (km 6,55) continuing on the other side.
The descent easily continues and finishes at the Roman street, among the houses
(km 5,75). We don't continue on the mule-track that continues the descent, but
we turn to the left and we follow the asphalt up to the Aurelia.
We continue to the left on the Aurelia diverting then to reach the center of
Cavi Borgo (km 6,2).
Crossed the Borgo we take the road for Borassi and we leave it after few meters
to go to the right to an alley. Crossed some meter we find to the left a staircase
and the indications Pedestrian S. Anna.
We get over the few stairs and we keep on climbing on the paved road that finishes
on tarmac (km 6,7).
Here we meet the itinerary 4 that it goes down and we follow contrarily it.
We go therefore in ascent. The asphalt almost immediately finishes and we climb
on the beautiful historical road that leads on the asphalt. We turn to the left
and climb to reach the beginning of the path (km 7,45).
We enter the path, leaving to the left the itinerary 4. The run races High on
the Rocche of S. Anna and splendid sight on the gulf. The path is never exposed,
nevertheless it asks for a minimum of attention because of the precipice below.
We reach the ruins of the little church of S. Anna (km 7,9) and then an intersection.
We leave to the right the path with trail sign and we continue straight on
(trail sign FIE ).
The beautiful mule-track it forwards toward the valley of the Fico, then it
goes down with some hairpin bends crossing a series of ancient bridges.
We go out on asphalt near the camping (km 9,1). Following the road we reach
a traffic-light (km 9,5). Here we can continue straight on and go toward the
highway, or turn to the right and reach the waterfront and the near station.

Observations: very beautiful itinerary, panoramic, never too much difficulty
but amusing.
