Aggiornamento: 7/2009 Partenza: Creto è costituito da alcune case e qualche trattoria situate sul valico stradale raggiungibile per asfalto da Montoggio o da Struppa (periferia genovese). E' raggiungibile con l'itinerario 11 e dall'itinerario 14. Percorso. Dal valico di Creto scendiamo verso nord seguendo la strada provinciale. Dopo
circa 400 metri, prima di una locanda, svoltiamo a sinistra in una stradina asfaltata.
Saliamo brevemente e la strada diviene sterrata e porta ad un incrocio (km 0,8).
Lasciamo a sinistra la strada che sale al monte Alpe e proseguiamo sulla larga sterrata pianeggiante. Dopo aver superato una fattoria la strada si restringe per diventare una bella mulattiera acciottolata.
Con andamento quasi pianeggiante raggiungiamo una selletta (km 2,6) dopo il quale la mulattiera scende ad un ruscello ed entra tra le case di Acquafredda Superiore (km 2,9):
Scendiamo su asfalto (al primo tornante a sinistra si stacca una stradina che dovrebbe portare ad Acquafredda Inferiore, ma era infrascata e non l'ho presa) e raggiungiamo la SP 13 (km 3,6).
Svoltiamo a sinistra e scendiamo fino all'incrocio con una strada a destra (km 4,6). Svoltiamo a e saliamo in direzione di Sanguinetto.
La strada sale; ad un bivio trascuriamo la via a sinistra e proseguiamo la salit con qualche tornante a fino alle case di Sanguinetto Superiore (km 7) dove la strada termina.
Prendiamo la salita col fondo in cemento che costeggia una grande casa (segnavia FIE ) e diventa subito una ripida sterrata. Saliamo ripidamente fino al bivio (km 7,1) e svoltiamo a sinistra. Il sentiero prosegue nel bosco con pendenza modesta e brevi saliscendi.
Usciamo dal bosco nei pascoli che precedono il valico. Con un ripido strappo usciamo sulla mulattiera erbosa che seguiamo a destra fino alla Gola di Sisa (km 7,9). Dislivello: 260 m. Ciclabilità: 99% Asfalto: 60%.

Ascent from Creto to Gola di Sisa
Updating: 7/2009 Departure: Creto is constituted by some houses and some restaurant placed on the road pass attainable on asphalt from Montoggio or from Struppa. It's attainable by the itinerary 11 and by the itinerary 14. Run.
From the pass of Creto we go down toward north following the provincial road. Later around 400 meters, before an inn, we turn to the left in an asphalted narrow road. We shortly climb and the road becomes unsurfaced and leads to an intersection (km 0,8).
We leave to the left the road that climbs to the Alpe mountain and we continue on the wide level unsurfaced road. After having overcome a farm the road it narrows to become a beautiful clattered mule-track.
With almost level course we reach a little pass (km 2,6) after which the mule-track goes down to a brook and enters among the houses of Acquafredda Superiore (km 2,9):
We go down on asphalt (to the first hairping bend, to the left, it detaches a narrow road that should bring to Acquafredda Inferiore, but it was occluded of branches and I have not take it) and we reach the SP 13 (km 3,6).
We turn to the left and we go down up to the intersection with a road (km 4,6 to the right). We turn to and we climb in direction of Sanguinetto.
The road climbs; to a fork we neglect to the left the street and we continue the slope up to the houses of Sanguinetto Superiore (km 7) where the road finishes.
We take the slope with the bottom in cement that skirts a great house (trail sign FIE ) and a steep unsurfaced road becomes immediately. We steeply climb to the fork (km 7,1) and we turn to the left. The path continues in the wood with inclination modest and brief ups and downs.
We go out of the wood in the pastures that precede the pass. With a steep ramp we go out on the grassy mule-track that we follow to the right up to the Gola of Sisa (km 7,9). Gradient: 260 ms. Cycle: 99% Asphalt: 60%. Observations:
