Aggiornamento: 8/2007 Partenza: il Bric delle Camere è raggiunto dall'itinerario 9. Percorso. Dalla vetta scendiamo in direzione est, seguendo l'itinerario 9 al contrario ed il segnavia FIE . Il sentiero presenta qualche importante saliscendi poi si allontana dal crinale e scende a Caprieto.
Tra le case andiamo diritti al primo bivio (km 2,6), percorriamo una decina di metri e svoltiamo a destra prendendo una mulattiera erbosa contrassegnata dal segnavia FIE .
Dopo un centinaio di metri svoltiamo a sinistra seguendo la mulattiera che diviene largo sentiero che scende ad un crinale roccioso (km 3,2).
Superiamo a spinta una breve rampa uscendo su un panoramico pulpito. L'ampio sentiero scende attraversando il roccioso versante sfruttando una larga cengia. Alla discesa segue una facile salita che ci porta su un crinale (Costa delle Scabbie; km 4).
Andiamo a destra ad un bivio ed iniziamo una discesa ripida con parecchi tornanti nel bosco. La difficoltà maggiore è costituita dalle foglie che nascondono molti rami.
Al termine della parte ripida percorriamo una cresta tra i castagni e raggiungiamo un bivio (km 4,6).
Scendiamo a sinistra percorrendo un tratto meno difficile che scende in una valle. Superiamo a piedi qualche passaggio rovinato e giungiamo ad una zona di disbosco.
Scendiamo seguendo la pista forestale e raggiungiamo una strada sterrata nei pressi di una casa (km 5,9). Svoltiamo a sinistra sulla strada che diventa asfaltata e scende sulla SP8 (km 6,2) nei pressi dell'ex osteria del Castello della Pietra.
Svoltiamo a sinistra e seguiamo la provinciale fino a Vobbia (km 9,7). Dislivello: -670 m Ciclabilità: 99% Asfalto: 39% Osservazioni:
Descent from Bric delle Camere to Vobbia
Updating: 8/2007 Start: the Bric of the Chambers is reached by the itinerary 9. Run.
From the peak we go down in east direction, following contrarily the itinerary 9 and the trail sign FIE . The path offers some important ups and downs then it goes away from the ridge and it goes down to Caprieto.
Among the houses we go stright at the first fork (km 2,6), we cross about ten meters and we turn to the right taking a grassy mule-track marked by the trail sign FIE .
After hundred meters we turn to the left following the mule-track that becomes wide path that goes down to a rocky ridge (km 3,2).
We overcome by foot a brief ramp going out on a panoramic pulpit. The ample path goes down crossing the rocky slope exploiting a wide ledge. To the descent it follows an easy ascent that brings us on a ridge (Costa delle Scabbie; km 4).
We go to the right to a fork and we begin a steep descent with a lot hairping bends in the wood. Most greater difficulty is constituted by the leaves that they hide many branches.
At the end of the steep part we cross a ridge among the chestnut trees and we reach a fork (km 4,6).
We go down to the left crossing a less difficult tract that goes down in a valley. We overcome some ruined passage on foot and we come to a deforested zone.
We go down following the forest track and we reach a dirt road near a house (km 5,9). We turn to the left on the road that becomes asphalted and it goes down on the SP8 (km 6,2) near the old Inn of the Castle of the Stone.
We turn to the left and we follow the provincial road up to Vobbia (km 9,7). Gradient: -670 ms Cycle: 99% Asphalt: 39% Observations:
