Partenza: il Giogo di Toirano è attraversato dalla strada asfaltata che collega Toirano con Bardineto.
Descrizione.
Dal Giogo di Toirano scendiamo verso il mare. Trascuriamo la strada percorsa dall´itinerario
seguente e proseguiamo finché vediamo a sinistra il segnavia FIE 
che indica una stradina che entra nel bosco (km 0,6).
Poco dopo la stradina termina. Prendiamo il sentiero a destra che attraversa un
tratto con numerosi rami a terra e poi ci porta ad una spalla (km 1,5) dove arriva
una strada da destra.
Sulla sinistra seguiamo il sentiero che comincia a scendere ripido. I primi tornanti
sono i più difficili, poi il sentiero si allarga e diviene migliore.
Arriviamo al torrente (km 2,1), generalmente asciutto. La discesa prosegue sostenuta
fino ad un ponte (km 2,8).
Con andamento meno ripido proseguiamo la discesa e raggiungiamo una vasca dell'acquedotto
(km 4,2).
Ora il percorso diventa agevole e scendiamo sulla stradina dell'opera idraulica
fino a raggiungere la SS in località Salto del Lupo (km 5,3).
Seguiamo l´asfalto ed arriviamo rapidamente a Toirano (km 9).
Dislivello: 750 m.
Ciclabilità: 98%
Osservazioni: non ciclabile in salita. Attualmente sono in atto lavori
di sostituzione delle tubazioni dell'acquedotto il che rende impedalabile la parte
bassa. Non ne ho tenuto conto nella percentuale di ciclabilità.

Description.
From Giogo di Toirano we go down toward the sea. We neglect the road crossed by
the following itinerary and we continue as far as we see to the left the trail
sign FIE red rhomb that it points out a dual track that enters the wood (km 0,6).
Shortly after the narrow road finishes. We take to the right the path that it
crosses a tract with numerous branches to earth and then leads us to a shoulder
(km 1,5) where it arrives a road from right.
On the left we follow the path that starts to go down steep. The first hairping
curves are the more difficulties, then the path widens and betters.
We reach the stream (km 2,1), generally dry. The descent continues sustained to
a bridge (km 2,8).
With less steep course we continue the descent and we reach a pipe of the aqueduct
(km 4,2).
Now the run becomes easy and we goes down on the narrow road of the hydraulic
work up to reach the national road in place Jump of the Wolf (km 5,3).
We follow the asphalt road and we quickly reach Toirano (km 9).
Gradient: 750 ms.
On saddle: 98%
Observations: not cycle in slope. Currently there are works of substitution
of the pipelines of the aqueduct that it makes no cycle the lower part. I have
not kept in mind of it in the percentage of cycle.
