Dalla piazza di Sant'Alberto prendiamo la strada che scende in direzione ovest.
Svoltiamo a sinistra al bivio (km 0,1) e prendiamo una strada asfaltata in salita che seguiamo fino al suo termine (km 2,8) all'ingresso del cancello di una grande recinzione.
Prendiamo il sentiero (sentiero Alinovi, segnavia FIE ) a sinistra che scende e costeggia la recinzione della stazione radar. Una breve salita ci porta su un cocuzzolo all'inizio della discesa.
Il sentiero scende sul crinale; incontriamo alcune installazioni per freeriders, evitabili, e raggiungiamo il bivio (quasi invisibile; km 3,5) dove a sinistra scende il segnavia .
Scendiamo qualche tratto più ripido e qualche gradone e raggiungiamo un bivio (km 4,5; a sinistra variante 58.1) dove il sentiero segnalato prosegue sul crinale.
Proseguiamo in discesa sull'evidente tracciato. Dopo aver attraversato un pianetto scendiamo più ripidamente mentre il sentiero diviene un po' tortuoso e dobbiamo stare attenti a non perderlo (frecce bianche, segnavia FIE poco visibili). Qua o là ci sono passaggi anche molto difficili, non sempre facilmente rintracciabili, ma evitabili.
Raggiungiamo una mulattiera pianeggiante (a sinistra variante 58.2 e segnavia ; km 5,7) e svoltiamo a destra.
La mulattiera attraversa il bosco in leggera discesa. Quando si interrompe (km 6,2) scendiamo a sinistra
su un sentiero poco visibile ma aiutati dai segnavia G.
Il percorso è poco intuitivo ed è necessario stare attenti ai segnavia ed alle tracce. Con due tornanti evitiamo un canalone e scendiamo con qualche diagonale incontrando qualche pedana e passaggi difficili.
La discesa termina (km 6,6) sulla mulattiera che proviene da Traso e percorsa dall'itinerario 23
e dal sentiero FIE .
Svoltiamo a sinistra e proseguiamo in comune con l'itinerario 23. La mulattiera percorre il bosco quasi sempre in discesa e termina sulla strada asfaltata (km 8).
Svoltiamo a destra e seguiamo la strada fino a quando incrociamo il segnavia che arriva da sinistra (km 8,7). Svoltiamo a destra e percorriamo la larga mulattiera che termina sulla strada (km 8,9).
Seguiamo l'asfalto a destra e raggiungiamo la SS 45 (km 9,3). Svoltiamo a sinistra proseguendo fino a Prato (km 13,7).
Dislivello: -810 m. Ciclabilità: 99% Asfalto: 60% Osservazioni: è un itinerario molto frequentato ed è noto col nome di Super G. Variante 58.1 per Terrusso.
Svoltiamo a sinistra e scendiamo su un largo sentiero che effettua subito un tornante e prosegue in diagonale verso est.
Il sentiero si allarga per diventare una bella mulattiera in parte lastricata.
Incontriamo il sentiero FIE (km 0,6) e lo seguiamo per cento di metri. Quando il segnavia va destra per Viganego lo lasciamo e proseguiamo a sinistra.
La mulattiera attraversa i boschi e raggiunge i prati che dominano Terrusso.
Sempre seguendo la mulattiera attraversiamo i prati e raggiungiamo una casa dove il percorso diventa una stradina col fondo in cemento.
Scendiamo alla chiesa (km 1,3) e al piazzale dove passa la strada della valle. Variante 58.2 per Viganego.
Svoltiamo a sinistra ( e frecce bianche) e seguiamo la bella mulattiera che scende con pendenza moderata.
Senza particolari difficoltà giungiamo alle prime case di Viganego (km 0,7). Scendiamo su cemento e passiamo tra le case giungendo ad un bivio (km 1) dove incontriamo il segnavia FIE e qui svoltiamo a destra.
In pochi metri scendiamo ad un bivio dove teniamo la sinistra continuando la discesa fino al piazzale autobus (km 1,2).
Descent from Sant'Alberto to Prato

From the square of Sant'Alberto we take the road that goes down in west direction.
We turn to the left to the fork (km 0,1) and we take an asphalted road in ascent that we follow up to its term (km 2,8) to the entry of the gate of a great enclosure.
We take the path (path Alinovi, trail sign FIE ) to the left that it goes down and it skirts the enclosure of the radar station. A brief ascent leads us on a summit to the beginning of the descent.
The path goes down on the ridge; we meet some installations for freeriders, avoidable, and we reach the fork (almost invisible; km 3,5) where to the left the path sign goes down.
We go down some steep tract and some terrace and we reach a fork (km 4,5; to the left variation 58.1) where the path signed go on the ridge.
We continue in descent on the evident layout. After having crossed a little plain we go down more steeply while the path becomes some tortuous and we has to be careful not to lose it (white arrows, trail sign FIE a little visible). Here or there are a lot of difficult passages, not always easily traceable, but avoidable.
We reach a level mule-track (to the left variation 58.2 and trail sign ; km 5,7) and we turn to the right.
The mule-track crosses the wood in light descent. When it interrupts (km 6,2) we go down to the left on an a little visible path but helped by the trail signs G.
The run is a little intuitive and is necessary to be careful to the trail signs and the traces. With two hairping bends we avoid a gully and we go down with some diagonal meeting some platform and difficult passages.
The descent finishes (km 6,6) on the mule-track that arrives from Traso and crossed by the itinerary 23 and by the path FIE .
We turn to the left and we continue in common with the itinerary 23. The mule-track crosses the wood almost always in descent and finishes on the asphalted road (km 8).
We turn to the right and we follow the road up to when we cross the path sign that it arrives from left (km 8,7). We turn to the right and we cross the wide mule-track that finishes on the road (km 8,9).
We follow to the right the asphalt and we reach the SS 45 (km 9,3). We turn to the left continuing up to Prato (km 13,7). Gradient: -810 ms. Cycle: 99% Asphalt: 60% Observations: it is an itinerary very frequented and it is known with the name of Super G. Variation 58.1 to Terrusso.
We turn to the left and we go down on a wide path that immediately effects a hairping bend and it continues in diagonal toward east.
The path widens to become a beautiful mule-track partly paved.
We meet the path FIE (km 0,6) and we follow it for one hundred of meters. When the trail sign goes to the right for Viganego we leave it and we continue to the left.
The mule-track crosses the woods and reaches the lawns that dominate Terrusso.
Always following the mule-track we cross the lawns and we reach a house where the run becomes a narrow road with the bottom in cement.
We go down to the church (km 1,3) and to the square where it passes the road of the valley. Variation 58.2 to Viganego.
We turn to the left ( e white arrows) and we follow the beautiful mule-track that goes down with moderate inclination.
Without particular difficulties we reach the first houses of Viganego (km 0,7). we Go down on cement and we pass among the houses coming to a fork (km 1) where we meet here the trail sign FIE and we turn to the right.
In few meters we go down to a fork where we hold the left continuing the descent up to the square bus (km 1,2).
