Dal municipio di Mignanego seguiamo la strada per i Giovi fino al bivio per Fumeri (km 1,6). Svoltiamo a sinistra e seguiamo la strada in salita raggiungendo la piazza del paese (km 3,2). Qui prendiamo la strada che sale a sinistra e la seguiamo senza possibili deviazioni. Dopo le ultime case l´asfalto termina con una ripida rampa (km 5,6).
Saliamo su sterrato e, dopo 100 metri, raggiungiamo un bivio.
A sinistra lasciamo il Raccordo 26.1 (che offre l'unica soluzione per raggiungere il crinale sempre in sella) e seguiamo la strada a destra.
Dopo 50 metri svoltiamo a sinistra entrando in una strada minore, in ripida salita. Il fondo fangoso e, poco più avanti, la pendenza
elevata su fondo sassoso ci costringono a piedi fino a quando la pendenza si attenua. La strada termina all'incrocio con la larga forestale che percorre il crinale (km 6,2).
Svoltiamo a destra e seguiamo la strada che termina al Passo dei Giovi (km 8,6). Svoltiamo a sinistra e subito a destra nella strada che sale diretta al santuario. Percorriamo interamente la strada asfaltata fino alla chiesa (km 11,1). Dislivello: 580 m. Ciclabilità: 97% Asfalto: 78% Osservazioni:

From the town hall of Mignanego we follow the road for the Giovi up to the fork for Fumeri (km 1,6). We turn to the left and we follow the road in slope reaching the square of the country (km 3,2). Here we turn in the road that climbs to the left and we follows it without possible deviations. After the last houses the asphalt finishes with a steep ramp (km 5,6).
We climb on unsurfaced road and, after 100 meters, we reach a fork.
To the left we leave the Link 26.1 (what it offers the only solution to reach the ridge without pushing to hand the bike) and we follow to the right the road.
After 50 meters we turn to the left entering a smaller road in steep slope. The muddy bottom and, a little further up, the elevated inclination on stony bottom forces us up to afoot until the inclination weakens. The road finishes to the intersection with the wide forest road that crosses the ridge (km 6,2).
We turn to the right and we follow the road that finishes to the giovi Pass (km 8,6). We turn to the left and immediately to the right in the road that climbs directed to the sanctuary.
