Partenza: il Santuario è raggiunto da una strada asfaltata che sale da Lencisa e da un'altra (la principale) che sale da Bolzaneto. E' raggiungibile anche con l'itinerario 1.
Descrizione.
Dal piazzale con i ristoranti scendiamo seguendo la strada in pavè. Qualche metro prima dell'inizio della guidovia svoltiamo a sinistra (km 0,3) e saliamo alla Cappella dell'Apparizione.
A destra dell'edificio prendiamo il sentiero che scende con alcuni scalini (segnavia FIE 
e 
). Dopo pochi metri attraversiamo una stradina sterrata e proseguiamo la discesa fino ad un bivio (km 0,4) dove andiamo a destra seguendo il segnavia che ci guiderà fino alla fine.
Il largo sentiero scende con molti tornanti, non difficili, e termina sulla strada asfaltata (km 0,9).
A sinistra seguiamo l'asfalto fino al primo tornante (km 1,2) dove svoltiamo a sinistra e seguiamo una strada sterrata.
La strada scende con qualche tornante e porta ad uno slargo (km 2) dove andiamo a destra ed entriamo sull'asfalto, distante pochi metri.
Scendiamo su asfalto fino a quando incontriamo, a sinistra, la sterrata via Codevilla (km
2,3).
La seguiamo in discesa. La strada ci porta ad alcune case dove diventa asfaltata e scende ripidamente per confluire nella strada di Livellato (km 3,7).
Qui svoltiamo a destra e raggiungiamo la chiesetta di San Bernardo (km 3,8).
Prima della costruzione scendiamo nella stradina asfaltata che termina sulla strada principale (km
4).
Svoltiamo a sinistra e seguiamo l'asfalto fino ad un tornante a sinistra (km 4,9) dove svoltiamo a destra e prendiamo la stretta strada (che va alla Pietra Grande, storica palestra di arrampicata) che ci porta ad un bivio (km 5).
Svoltiamo a sinistra e scendiamo su asfalto fin nei pressi di un cancello. Continuiamo la discesa a destra su comoda mulattiera e raggiungiamo alcune case (km
5,6) dove ritroviamo l'asfalto.
La stradina scende ripida fino alla strada principale (km 6). Siamo alle prime case di Geo che raggiungiamo rapidamente.
La strada prosegue e raggiunge la viabilità lungo il Polcevera (km 7,2).

Osservazioni: percorribile solo in discesa.

Start: the Sanctuary is reached by an asphalted road that it climbs from Lencisa and by another (the principal one) that climb from Bolzaneto. It's attainable also with the itinerary 1.
Description.
From the square with the restaurants we go down following the pavè road. Some meter before the beginning of the railway we turn to the left (km 0,3) and we climb to the Chapel of the Apparition.
To the right of the building the path that goes down with some stairs we take (trail sign FIE and ). After few meters we cross a dirty narrow road and we continue the descent to a fork (km 0,4) where go to the right following the trail sign that it will drive us up to the end.
The wide path goes down with many hairping bends, not difficult, and it finishes on the asphalted road (km 0,9).
To the left we follow the asphalt up to the first hairping bend (km 1,2) where we turn to the left and we follow a dirt road.
The road goes down with some hairping bends and leads to a clear (km 2) where we go to the right and we enter on the asphalt, distant few meters.
We go down on asphalt up to when we meet, to the left, the dirty street Codevilla (km 2,3).
We follow it in descent. The road brings us to some houses where it becomes asphalted and it steeply goes down to meet in the road of Livellato (km 3,7).
We turn to the right here and we reach the small church of St. Bernard (km 3,8).
Before the construction we go down in the narrow road that it finishes on the main road (km 4).
We turn to the left and we follow to the left the asphalt up an hairping bend (km 4,9) where we turn to the right and we take the hold road (that it goes to the Great Stone, historical gym of climb) that it brings us to a fork (km 5).
We turn to the left and we go down on asphalt to a gate. The descent we continue to the right on comfortable mule-track and we reach some houses (km 5,6) where we find again the asphalt.
The narrow road goes down steep up to the main road (km 6). We are at the first homes of Geo that we quickly reach.
The road continues and reaches the roads along the Polcevera (km 7,2).
