Partenza Prato, estrema periferia genovese in Val Bisagno. Descrizione:
Da Prato risaliamo la Val Bisagno seguendo la strada principale. Raggiungiamo
l'estremità dell'abitato lasciando a sinistra il capolinea degli autobus
(inizio, km 0).
Proseguiamo fino al bivio con la strada provinciale (km 0,6) dove svoltiamo a sinistra e la seguiamo fino al ponte di Cavassolo sulla sinistra (km 1,8;
indicazioni per Davagna).
Svoltiamo a sinistra, attraversiamo il ponte ed affrontiamo la salita asfaltata.
Trascuriamo la strada che va a Marsiglia e poi quella per Rosso.
Ormai in vista delle case di Davagna troviamo il bivio (km 11,3) per Capenardo
dove svoltiamo proseguendo in salita e tenendo la sinistra al bivio successivo.
Superiamo la case di Paravagna (km 12,3) dove svoltiamo a destra e saliamo con qualche tornante. Arrivati quasi
al paese di Capenardo, in corrispondenza di un tornate a sinistra, svoltiamo in una strada a destra (km 13,8; baracca).
Seguiamo la strada che diventa sterrata dopo 300 metri. La sterrata sale lungo
le pendici del monte Candelozzo, effettua due tornanti e raggiunge con una
lunga diagonale il Passo del Fuoco (km 17; alcune carte indicano il Passo più ad est).
Continuiamo sull´ampia sterrata ora in discesa fino a raggiungere il paese semiabbandonato
di Noci (km 20). Dislivello: in salita 870 m, in discesa 200 m. Ciclabilità: 100% Asfalto: 71% Osservazioni: per proseguire esistono diverse possibilità,
nessuna facile.
Dal passo del Fuoco seguire l'AV verso levante e scendere a Scofferra (alcuni tratti esposti, ciclabilità
intorno al 60%).
Dal Passo del Fuoco seguire L'AV verso ponente per raggiungere la Gola di Sisa (itinerario 11)
Raggiungere il paese abbandonato di Campoveneroso e di lì scendere in valle Scrivia (itinerario 45)
Raggiungere il paese abbandonato di Campoveneroso e di lì scendere in valle Scrivia (itinerario 43)

Ascent from Noci to Prato
Updating: 2/2009 Departure: Prato, extreme Genoese outskirts in Val Bisagno. Description:
From Prato we go up the Val Bisagno following the principal road. We reach the extremity of the inhabited area leaving to the left the terminal of the buses (beginning, km 0).
We continue up to the fork with the provincial road (km 0,6) where we turn to the left and we follow it up to the bridge of Cavassolo on the left (km 1,8; indications for Davagna).
We turn to the left, we cross the bridge and we face the asphalted slope. We neglect the road that goes to Marsiglia and then that for Rosso.
By now in sight of the houses of Davagna we find the fork (km 11,3) for Capenardo where we turn continuing in slope and holding the left to the following fork. We overcome the houses of Paravagna (km 12,3) where we turn to the right and we climb with some hairping bends. Almost reached the country of Capenardo, in correspondence of a hairping bend to the left, we turn to the right in a road (km 13,8; hut).
We follow the road that becomes unmetalled after 300 meters. The dirty road climb along the slopes of the Candelozzo mountain, effect two hairping bends and reach with a long diagonal the Pass of the Fire (km 17; some papers point out the more Pass to east).
We continue on the large unmetalled road in descent up to reach the almost deserted country of Noci (km 20). Gradient: in slope 870 ms, in descent 200 ms. Cycle: 100% Asphalt: 71% Observations: to continue different possibilities they exist, anybody easy.
