Entriamo nel cortile del ristorante e, lasciando a destra la strada per il campeggio, entriamo nel prato. Ci spostiamo a destra e costeggiamo i prati salendo su una pista battuta. Attraversiamo i prati e raggiungiamo la grande sterrata (km 0,4).
Svoltiamo a sinistra e seguiamo la sterrata fino al grande incrocio di Cian de Strie (km
1,5). Proseguiamo ancora sulla sterrata e saliamo al bivio (km 1,8) con il sentiero a destra per Varigotti.
Svoltiamo e lasciamo subito il sentiero percorso dall'itinerario 8 svoltando a sinistra.
Seguiamo un largo sentiero che scende ad un guado e prosegue fino ad un incrocio (km 2,5) dove svoltiamo a sinistra (ora sul segnavia FIE ).
In salita superiamo il sentiero per la Torre delle Streghe ed usciamo sulla grande sterrata (km 3,1) che seguiamo a destra scendendo al Faro
di Capo Noli.
Svoltiamo a sinistra e seguiamo la stradina in discesa percorsa dall'itinerario 32. Dopo meno di 100 metri la lasciamo per prendere a destra il sentiero con segnavia FIE che seguiremo integralmente.
Il sentiero scende ad attraversare di nuovo la stradina e prosegue, impegnativo ma non estremo.
Un tratto con gradoni rocciosi ci porta al termine delle maggiori difficoltà (km 4,4) su un sentiero che seguiamo a sinistra.
Scendiamo ad attraversare un ruscello asciutto e saliamo con qualche difficoltà fin nei pressi di un rudere.
Proseguiamo con facilità crescente sul sentiero che si allarga e diviene creusa che scende con qualche tornante fino a divenire stradina asfaltata.
Raggiungiamo Noli alla chiesa di San Francesco (km 5,3). Dislivello: -360 m. Ciclabilità: 99% Asfalto: 7%

We enter the courtyard of the restaurant and, leaving to the right the road for the camping, we enter the lawn. We move to the right there and we skirt the lawns climbing on a beaten track. We cross the lawns and we reach the great unsurfaced road (km 0,4).
We turn to the left and we follow the unsurfaced road up to the great intersection of Cian de Strie (km 1,5). We continue again on the unsurfaced road and we climb to the fork (km 1,8) with the path to the right for Varigotti.
We turn and we immediately leave the path, crossed by the itinerary 8, turning to the left.
We follow a wide path that goes down to a ford and it continues to an intersection (km 2,5) where we turn to the left (now on the trail sign FIE ).
In slope we overcome the path for the Tower of the Witches and we go out on the great unsurfaced road (km 3,1) that we follow to the right going down to the Lighthouse of Cape Noli.
We turn to the left and we follow the narrow road in descent crossed by the itinerary 32. After less than 100 meters we leave it to take to the right the path with trail sign FIE che we will integrally follow.
The path goes down to cross again the narrow road and continues, binding but not extreme.
A tract with rocky step it brings us at the end of the most greater difficulties (km 4,4) on a path that we follow to the left.
We go down to cross a dry brook and we climb with some difficulties up near a ruin.
We continue increasing easily on the path that widens and becomes creusa that goes down with some hairping bend to become asphalted narrow road.
We reach Noli to the church of St. Francis (km 5,3). Gradient: -360 ms. Cycle: 99% Asphalt: 7% Observations:
