Partiamo da Ca' Ferrin e seguiamo la strada sterrata di fronte al ristorante e a sinistra (guardando spalle
al ristorante). La strada scende leggermente poi sale ad un incrocio dove andiamo
diritti. Una facile discesa ci porta ad incrociare la provinciale (km 0,5). Seguiamo
l´asfalto per qualche metro, trascuriamo la sterrata che a destra scende a S. Giacomo
e prendiamo la sterrata subito successiva.
La strada sale con pendenza elevata e fondo mobile. Lo strappo è breve,
poi il percorso prosegue con un paio di saliscendi e porta ad un bivio (km 1)
dove teniamo la sinistra e scendiamo velocemente alla Provinciale.
Attraversiamo la strada e raggiungiamo il tornante con indicazioni per il camping
S. Martino.
Trascuriamo la strada a sinistra e seguiamo l´asfalto raggiungendo l'ingresso
del campeggio (km 1,45; saltuari segnavia ).
Prendiamo il sentiero che prosegue diritto tra le due recinzioni.
Il sentiero è in leggera discesa, poi scende più deciso a raggiungere
una stradina sterrata (km 1,9).
La seguiamo a sinistra scendendo ad un quadrivio dove svoltiamo a sinistra. In
leggera salita raggiungiamo un altro incrocio (km 2,5) dove si incontrano sette
strade. Svoltiamo a destra e poi a sinistra nella strada in discesa.
La discesa termina ad un cancello (km 2,65) dove inizia la parte difficile. Immediatamente
a sinistra del cancello scende una mulattiera lastricata, piuttosto stretta.
La discesa presenta tratti ripidi e perde quota con alcuni tornanti. Al termine
del tratto più ripido la mulattiera va a destra, passa nei pressi di alcune
case ed esce su una stradina asfaltata (loc. Selva; km 3,4).
Proseguiamo seguendo in discesa l´asfalto e, dopo circa 350 metri, riprendiamo
la mulattiera a sinistra.
Questo tratto inizia ripido, poi risale costeggiando un muro di contenimento e
raggiunge le prime case del Villaggio Olandese (km 4).
Passiamo in piano tra le case, poi la mulattiera riprende a scendere ripida e
stretta.
Superiamo con attenzione qualche passaggio stretto ed alto sul prato sottostante.
Con un paio di tornantini usciamo sugli ultimi metri pianeggianti che terminano
sull'Aurelia (km 4,4). Siamo a qualche centinaio di metri dal centro di Varigotti. Dislivello: 330 m. Ciclabilità: 99% Osservazioni: solo discesa. Asfalto: 5%

We depart from Ca' Ferrin restaurant and we follow the the dirt road to the
left (looking with shoulders to the restaurant). The road goes down slightly
then climbs to an intersection where we go straight on. An easy descent leads
us to cross the provincial road (km 0,5). We follow the tarmac for some meter,
don't take the dirt road that to the right it goes down to S.Giacomo but we
take the dirt road immediately following.
The road climbs with elevated inclination and mobile ground. The slope is
brief, then the run continues with some up and down and leads to a fork (km
1) where we keep the left and we quickly go down to the Provincial road.
We cross the road and we reach to the left the hairping curve with indications
for the camping S.Martino.
We neglect the road to the left and we follow the tarmac reaching the entry
of the camping (km 1,45; irregular trail signs ).
The path that continues straight on between the two enclosures we take.
The path is in light descent, then it goes down sharp to reach a narrow dirt
road (km 1,9).
We follow to the left it going down to a crossroads where we turn to the left.
In light ascent we reach another intersection (km 2,5) where seven roads are
met. We turn to the right and then to the left in the road in descent.
The descent ends to a gate (km 2,65) where the difficult part begins. Immediately
to the left of the gate a paved mule-track go down, rather narrow.
The descent presents steep stretches and it loses height with some hairping
curves. At the end of the steep stretch the mule-track it goes to the right,
it passes near some houses and it goes out on a narrow tarmac road (loc. Selva;
km 3,4).
We continue following in descent the tarmac and, later around 350 meters,
take the mule-track to the left.
This stretch begins very steep, then climbs skirting along a stone-wall and
climb to the first houses of the Dutch Village (km 4).
We pass in plain among the houses, then the mule-track it goes down again
steep and narrow.
Get over with attention some narrow passage high on the lawn below.
With some hairping curves we go out on the last level meters that finish on
the Aurelia (km 4,4). We are to some hundred meters from the center of Varigotti. Gradient: 330 ms. Cycle: 99% Observations: only descent. Tarmac: 5%
