Discesa dalle Manie a Varigotti (via Isasco)

Partenza: Cà Ferrin è un ristorante sulla strada principale delle Manie. Lo utilizzo spesso come punto di riferimento.
Descrizione.
Partiamo da Ca' Ferrin ed andiamo in direzione nord-est, verso Voze e Spotorno, seguendo la strada provinciale.
Superato il valico scendiamo per un centinaio di metri e svoltiamo a destra (km 1,1) nella sterrata che sale a raggiungere un colletto. Siamo sul percorso detto delle "Terre Rosse".
Al colletto svoltiamo a destra. Superiamo 300 metri di ripide rampe e giungiamo al un piccolo allargamento dove a sinistra scende l'itinerario 34 (invece il sentiero a destra costituisce una buona alternativa allo stradone a cui si ricongiunge dopo 160 metri). Proseguiamo sulla strada in leggera salita di cui raggiungiamo il termine su un piazzale (km 2) dove si divide in due sentieri.
Prendiamo il sentiero a sinistra.
Il sentiero procede pianeggiante per 300 metri, immerso nella macchia mediterranea. Superiamo un tratto in discesa, poi andiamo in salita ed infine scendiamo per confluire nella strada sterrata diretta a Capo Noli (km 2,8).
Svoltiamo a sinistra. A destra osserviamo una coltivazione. Facciamo attenzione al sentiero che lascia la grande sterrata a fianco della coltivazione (segnavia FIE r11 e r32). Lo prendiamo in leggera salita. Il sentiero è facile e porta ad un incrocio (km 3,3; a sinistra itinerario 22).
Svoltiamo a destra e seguiamo il buon sentiero che presenta una discesa ripida e dissestata. In leggera salita raggiungiamo il punto più alto e cominciamo a scendere ripidamente raggiungendo un incrocio (km 4,6).
A destra prosegue per Isasco l'itinerario 34, ora proseguiamo diritti in discesa raggiungendo l'asfalto di via Isasco (km 4,9).
Quando a sinistra inizia una stradina (km 5,5) lasciamo la strada e svoltiamo (segnavia FIE r11 e r32).
La strada scende per attraversare un rivo. Risaliamo e procediamo facilmente incontrando l'itinerario 22 che arriva da sinistra.
La strada termina ad un cancello (km 5,8).
Qui il percorso diventa una ripida mulattiera che scende con qualche tornante, su fondo lastricato e precipita, con un paio di tornanti finali, su Varigotti (km 6,6).

Description.
We depart from Ca' Ferrin and we go to direction northeast, toward Voze and Spotorno, following the provincial road.
Get over the pass we go down for hundred meters and we turn to the right (km 1,1) in a dirt road that climbs to reach a pass. We are on the run named "delle Terre Rosse".
At the pass we turn to the right. We climb 300 meters steep ramps, then we continue on the road in light slope. The road ends on a square (km 2) and it becomes a path.
The path proceeds level for 300 meters, engaged in the Mediterranean bush. We overcome a descent, then we go to slope and we finally go down to meet in the gravel road toward Capo Noli (km 2,8).
We turn to the left. To the right we observe a cultivation. We watch out to the path that leaves the road beside the cultivation. We take it in light slope (trail signs r11 and r32. The path is easy and leads to an intersection (km 3,3; to the left itinerary 22).
We turn to the right and we follow the good path, that presents a rough steep descent. In light slope we reach the highest point and we start to go down reaching an intersection (km 4,6).
We can continue the descent (trail sign FIE) and reach the road Varigotti - Isasco (km 4,9).
We follow the road that goes down and effects an hairping curves. We watch out: when it begins a narrow road (km 5,5; trail signs r11 and r32) we turn to the left in the road that goes down to cross the brook. We go up again and we easily proceed to a gate (km 5,8).
Here the run becomes a steep paved mule-track that it goes down with some hairping curves and it falls, with a pair of final hairping curves, on Varigotti (km 6,6).
