A monte di Feglino si incrociano alcune strade forestali che collegano l´itinerario 2 e l´itinerario 17 consentendo di realizzare percorsi a piacimento.

Partenza: Feglino è a pochi metri dall'omonima uscita autostradale.
Descrizione raccordo 1.
Percorriamo l´itinerario 2 che sale da Feglino a Costa, svoltiamo a sinistra e proseguiamo, sempre seguendo l´itinerario 2.
Dopo aver superato località Croce del Santo incontriamo il bivio (km 7,2) con una strada minore con indicazione per cascina Bario.
Svoltiamo a sinistra prendendo questa strada (Inizio; km 0).
Proseguiamo con moderato dislivello, al primo incrocio andiamo diritti e raggiungiamo un altro incrocio (km 1). Trascuriamo la strada di destra che sale alla cascina e proseguiamo diritti nella strada che scende.
Attraversiamo tutto il versante della montagna, con andamento a saliscendi. Con rapida discesa arriviamo ad incrociare una ripida strada che seguiamo a sinistra. Dopo 100 metri incrociamo la larga strada percorsa dall´itinerario 17 (km 2,6).
Descrizione raccordo 2.
(SCONSIGLIABILE) Percorriamo l´itinerario 2 che sale da Feglino a Costa, svoltiamo a sinistra e proseguiamo, sempre seguendo l´itinerario 2.
Dopo aver superato località Croce del Santo incontriamo il bivio (km 7,2) con una strada minore con indicazione per cascina Bario.
Svoltiamo a sinistra prendendo questa strada (inizio; km 0).
Proseguiamo fino al primo incrocio (km 0,6) dove svoltiamo a sinistra nella stretta stradina che scende. Proseguiamo raggiungendo una cascina (c. Gerrute; km 0,8).
Scendiamo direttamente nel prato che precede la casa cercando di individuare il sentiero che scende poi velocemente ad un bivio con tabelle indicanti il percorso equestre (km 0,9).
Svoltiamo a destra seguendo l'ippovia (a giudicare dalle condizioni penso che l'ultimo cavaliere sia stato il generale Massena che combatteva gli austriaci). Il percorso è poco visibile, cercate di seguire il segnavia quadrato e triangolo rossi. Inizialmente andiamo verso destra raggiungendo i prati sottostanti alla cascina. Di qui scendiamo sulla massima pendenza costeggiando il rio.
Con forti difficoltà (pietre, rami, foglie, alberi abbattuti) riusciamo a raggiungere il guado (km 1,4). Di qui la mulattiera diventa discreta e ci permette di raggiungere rapidamente una strada (km 1,8).
Non seguiamo la salita per cascina Mornera e svoltiamo a sinistra in discesa. In questo modo arriviamo rapidamente al primo tornante della strada dell´itinerario 17 (km 2,3) a 3,7 km da Feglino.
Descrizione raccordo 3.
Seguiamo l´itinerario 17. Da Colla S. Giacomo prendiamo la strada diretta verso il Melogno che percorre in falsopiano la foresta.
Dopo circa 1,3 km troviamo un tabellone turistico che riporta notizie storiche circa l´antica strada Regina. Svoltiamo a sinistra e scendiamo.
Dopo qualche centinaio di metri l´itinerario 1 va a destra; invece noi svoltiamo a sinistra e proseguiamo per la comoda strada. Superato un tratto quasi pianeggiante cominciamo a scendere ripidamente ed arriviamo ad un bivio (km 3,3. Inizio km 0).
L´itinerario 17 va a destra, noi svoltiamo a sinistra seguendo una stradina stretta che scende ed arriva velocemente ad una cascina (c. Bario; km 0,5).
La strada costeggia la recinzione e prosegue oltre scendendo ad un incrocio (km 0,9). Da sinistra arriva il raccordo 1. Possiamo quindi andare a sinistra per raggiungere l´itinerario 2 oppure a destra per l´itinerario 17.
Ciclabilità: la ciclabilità migliore è nel senso di marcia descritto. I numeri 1 e 3 possono essere percorsi anche in senso contrario risultando più impegnativi.

We cross the itinerary 2 that climbs from Feglino to Costa, we turn to the left and we continue, always following the itinerary 2.
After having overcome place Cross of the Saint we meet the fork (km 7,2) with a smaller road with indication farmhouse Bario.
We turn to the left taking this road (Beginning; km 0).
We continue with moderate gradient, at the first intersection we go straight on and we reach another intersection (km 1). We neglect the right road that climbs to the farmhouse and we continue straight on in the road that goes down.
We cross the whole side of the mountain, with up and down course. With speedy descent we arrive to cross a steep road that we follow to the left. After 100 meters we cross the wide road crossed by the itinerary 17 (km 2,6).

We cross the itinerary 2 that climbs from Feglino to Costa, we turn to the left and we continue, always following the itinerary 2.
After having overcome place Cross of the Saint we meet the fork (km 7,2) with a smaller road with indication for farmhouse Bario.
We turn to the left taking this road (beginning; km 0).
We continue up to the first intersection (km 0,6) where we turn to the left in the narrow road that goes down. We continue reaching a farmhouse (c. Gerrute; km 0,8).
We directly go down in the lawn that precedes the house trying to individualize the path that quickly goes down then to a fork with charts showing the equestrian run (km 0,9).
We turn to the right following the equestrian run (to judge from the conditions I think that the last rider has been the general Massena that he fought the Austrians). The run is a little visible, you try to follow the trail sign square and triangle red. Initially we go toward right reaching the lawns below the farmhouse. From here we go down on the maximum inclination skirting along the river.
With strong difficulties (stones, branches, leaves, dejected trees) we succeed in reaching the ford (km 1,4). From here the mule-track it becomes good and it allows us to quickly reach a road (km 1,8).
We don't follow the ascent to farmhouse Mornera and we turn to the left in descent. In this way we quickly reach the first hairping curve of the road of the itinerary 17 (km 2,3) at 3,7 kms from Feglino.
Description link 3.
We follow the itinerary 17. From S. Giacomo Pass take the road going toward the Melogno Pass that crosses almost level the forest.
Later around 1,3 kms we find a tourist notice-board that reports historical news about the ancient road Regina. We turn to the left and we go down.
After some hundred meters the itinerary 1 go to the right; instead we turn to the left and we continue on the comfortable road. Get over an almost level stretch we start to steeply go down and we arrive to a fork (km 3,3. Begin km 0).
The itinerary 17 go to the right, we turn to the left following a narrow road that goes down and it quickly arrives to a farmhouse (c. Bario; km 0,5).
The road skirts along the enclosure and continues over going down to an intersection (km 0,9). From left the link 1 arrive. We can go to the left to reach the itinerary 2 or to the right to the itinerary 17.
Cycle: the best cycle is in the sense of march described. The numbers 1 and 3 can be also runs in contrary sense resulting more binding.
