Traversata da Framura a Bonassola

Descrizione:
Framura è suddivisa in numerose frazioni. Partiamo da quella chiamata Setta ed andiamo in discesa seguendo la strada asfaltata diretta al porticciolo ed alla stazione.
Superiamo la frazione Anzo e continuiamo a scendere, ma ancora per poco. Ad un tornante verso destra (km 1,6) lasciamo la strada e svoltiamo a sinistra in via Duina. La strada costeggia il sottostante porticciolo, con belle visioni della costa e belle esposizioni di colate basaltiche a cuscini. Superiamo un ripido strappo, poi, più facilmente, arriviamo al termine della strada (km 2,3) dove inizia il sentiero.
Saliamo sul sentiero di sinistra (segnavia 1, azzurro) con un percorso ripido e parzialmente scalinato. La pendenza diminuisce ma procediamo in sella con cautela a causa degli strapiombi sottostanti, parzialmente protetti da una ringhiera di legno.
Il pittoresco percorso scende ad un ponte (km 3) oltre il quale affrontiamo una ripida salita, non ciclabile per 400 metri, che ci porta ad una casa dove troviamo l´asfalto (B&B; km 3,6).
Seguiamo l'unica strada che sale ad un colletto (km 3,7; loc. Salice). Qualche metro prima svoltiamo a destra in un sentiero (indicazioni).
Costeggiamo una recinzione ed attraversiamo un ponticello (km 4).
Affrontiamo ancora una salita che precede la discesa, a tratti ripida. Arriviamo ad incrociare una stradina (km 4,8) dove svoltiamo a sinistra e saliamo, su fondo in cemento, raggiungendo il quadrivio di Foce Carpeneggio (km 4,9).
Proseguiamo diritti sulla stradina che scende verso Bonassola trascurando il sentiero di destra (variante 13.1) e quello di sinistra (variante 13.2). La strada diventa cementata e termina all'incrocio con via Roma (km 5,5). Svoltiamo a sinistra e seguiamo la strada che porta alla stazione di Bonassola (km 6,3).
Dislivello: in salita 220 m
Ciclabilità: 89%
Asfalto: 52%
Osservazioni: dovrebbe essere percorribile in senso contrario con difficoltà simili.
Variante 13.1: Consigliabile. Meno ciclabile ma molto panoramica. A Carpeneggio svoltiamo a destra e saliamo seguendo una pista forestale segnalata. La pista termina ad una sbarra (km 0,3). Qui svoltiamo a sinistra e seguiamo un largo sentiero che è inizialmente quasi pianeggiante e poi scende fino ad un incrocio nei pressi di una recinzione (km 0,6). Teniamo la destra raggiungendo il panoramico balcone chiamato Salto della Lepre (km 0,7). Torniamo indietro all´incrocio dove svoltiamo a destra. Il sentiero scende alcuni scalini e costeggia una recinzione. Superiamo una salita e proseguiamo in discesa con un breve tratto difficile e alcuni scalini. Arrivati su una stradina (km 1,5) svoltiamo a destra e la seguiamo scendendo con un tornante. Superiamo un cancello e raggiungiamo una strada più grande ed asfaltata nei pressi del cimitero (km 2). Svoltiamo a sinistra ma lasciamo quasi subito la strada per prendere la scalinata (facile) che scende a destra e ci porta ad una chiesetta. Svoltiamo a sinistra e scendiamo la breve mattonata che termina sulla passeggiata. Il piazzale della chiesa è a pochi metri (km 2,4).
Variante 13.2: percorribile solo in questo senso. Da Montaretto scendiamo e raggiungiamo l'estremità del paese. Appena lasciate le case, percorrendo una strada che scende (segnavia azzurri 1 e 3), passiamo nei pressi di una edicola e scendiamo ad un incrocio nei pressi di un piazzale. Svoltiamo a destra seguendo una strada forestale che poco dopo sale per superare il crinale (km 1). Con discesa a tratti ripida e dissestata scendiamo nel bosco. La strada si restringe a mulattiera e scende ripida fino alla Foce di Carpeneggio (km 1,9).

Description:
Framura is divided in numerous hamlets. We depart from that call Setta and we go to descent following the tarmac road that goes down to the dock and the station.
We get over the hamlet Anzo and we keep on going down, but still for little. To a hairping curve toward right (km 1,6) we leave the road and we turn to the left in the street Duina. The road skirts along the underlying dock with beautiful visions of the basaltic pillows. Get over a steep ramp, more easily arrives at the end of the road, (km 2,3) where the path begins.
We climb on the path of left (trail sign 1, blue) with steep and partially stepped run. The inclination decreases but we proceeds in saddle with caution because of the underlying precipices, partially protected from a wood handrail.
The picturesque run goes down to a bridge (km 3) over which face a steep ascent, not cycle for 400 meters, that leads to a house where we find the tarmac (km 3,6).
We follow the only road that leads to a pass (km 3,7; loc. Salice). Some meter first we turn to the right in a path (indications).
We skirt along an enclosure and we cross a bridge. The run presents some steep descents then we arrive to cross a narrow road (km 4,8) where we turn to the left and climb, on ground in concrete, reaching the crossroads of Pass Carpeneggio (km 4,9).
We continue straight on the narrow road that goes down toward Bonassola disregarding the path of right (varying 13.1) and that of left (varying 13.2). The road meets with street Rome (km 5,5), we turn to the left on the road that leads in center and to the church (km 6,55).
Gradient: in ascent 220 ms
Cycle: 89%
Tarmac: 52%
Observations: it should be practicable in sense contrary with similar difficulty.
Varying 13.1: less cycle but very panoramic. To Pass Carpeneggio we turn to the right and climb on the path overcoming few non cycle meters. We shortly cross an easy stretch and then climb with difficulty. We cross a level stretch and then we go down to an intersection where we go straight on reaching the balcony called Jump of the Hare (km 0,7). We return back to the intersection where we turn to the right. The path goes down some stairs and skirts along an enclosure. We get over a climb then we start the descent that presents a brief difficult stretch and some stairs. Arrived on a narrow road (km 1,5) we turn to the right and we follow it, get over a gate and we reach a greater road in front of the cemetery (km 2). We turn to the left but we almost immediately leave the road to take the stairway (easy) that it goes down to the right and there leads to a little church. We turn to the left and we go down the short paved that it finishes on the walk. The square of the church is to few meters (km 2,5).
Varying 13.2: practicable only in this sense. From Montaretto we go down and we reach the extremity of the country. Just leave the houses, crossing a road that goes down (blue trail sign 1 and 3), we pass near a chapel and we go down to an intersection near a square. We turn to the right following a forest road that shortly after climbs to overcome the ridge (km 1). With descent to steep stretches and rough we go down in the wood. The road narrows its to mule-track and it goes down steep up to the Pass Carpeneggio (km 1,9).
