Dal rifugio seguiamo la sterrata e scendiamo a raggiungere l´asfalto. Qui svoltiamo
a destra nella sterrata diretta alla Rocca dell'Adelasia (segnavia), seguendo
al contrario l´itinerario 14.
La bella stradina attraversa la foresta con qualche saliscendi e raggiunge il
colletto al piede settentrionale della Rocca (km 2,8) sulla quale vale la pena salire.
Proseguiamo in ripida discesa raggiungendo il bivio (km 3,2) dove lasciamo a destra
l´itinerario 14 ed i segnavia
e .
Continuiamo a scendere a sinistra con pendenza molto più agevole. Evitiamo
le laterali e seguiamo sempre la strada più marcata.
Arriviamo ai ruderi delle case Psigni (km 4,4) e, poco dopo, confluiamo nella
stradina di fondovalle. Svoltiamo a destra e percorriamo la facile strada, in
costante discesa fino ad un guado (km 5,6; a destra ponticello).
In leggera salita raggiungiamo cascina Garamellina (cani) e confluiamo in
una larga sterrata, aperta al traffico (km 6,2).
Seguiamo la sterrata che percorre pianeggiante il fondovalle. La strada diviene
asfaltata e raggiunge la provinciale (km 8,6). Svoltiamo a sinistra e raggiungiamo

From the shelter we follow the dirt road and we go down to reach the asphalt. We turn to the right here in the dirt road going to the Adelasia Rock (trail sign), following contrarily the itinerary 14.
The beautiful narrow road crosses the forest with some up-and-downs and reaches the saddleback to the northern foot of the Rock (km 2,8) on which takes the trouble to climb.
We continue in steep descent reaching the fork (km 3,2) where we leave to the right the itinerary 14 and the trail signs
and . We keep on going down to the left with easier inclination. We avoid the side paths and we always follow the most evident road.
We reach the ruins of the houses Psigni (km 4,4) and, shortly after we meet in the narrow road on floor of the valley. We turn to the right and we cross the easy road, in constant descent to a ford (km 5,6; to the right bridge).
In light ascent we reach farmhouse Garamellina (dogs) and then we meet in a wide dirt road, open to the traffic (km 6,2).
We follow the dirt road that crosses level the floor of the valley. The road becomes tarmac and it reaches the provincial road (km 8,6). We turn to the left and we reach the near station of Ferrania (km 9,1). Gradient: 380 ms. in descent. Cycle: 100% Tarmac: 13% Observations:
