Descrizione:
Dalla vetta partono tre sentieri. Ad occidente scende il sentiero per Isola del Cantone (itinerario 10 della Valle Scrivia e segnavia FIE 24), ad oriente scende il sentiero per Caprieto, normalmente usato per la salita (itinerario 9 della Valle Scrivia e segnavia FIE g48). A nord scende un sentiero con segnavia av.
Seguiamo questo. Il sentiero scende, disturbato dalla vegetazione. Il percorso è caratterizzato da tratti pianeggianti e non mancano alcune salite.
Seguiamo il sentiero (senza fidarci troppo del segnavia che sparisce ad ogni incrocio) e raggiungiamo un bivio (km 1). Lasciamo il sentiero che prosegue invitante e svoltiamo a sinistra entrando in una stradina che scende nel bosco.
Dopo meno di cento metri incontriamo un bivio dove svoltiamo a destra seguendo una strada che scende velocemente.
La strada confluisce in un'altra migliore (km 1,8). Proseguiamo a destra e ci inseriamo nella sterrata che proviene da Borgo Montessoro; la seguiamo a destra raggiungendo un incrocio (km 2,1) dove incontriamo la strada percorsa dall´itinerario 11.
Andiamo diritti, in comune con quello e scendiamo in vista delle case di Camere Vecchie. Superiamo una breve salita e seguiamo la sterrata che percorre il crinale evitando il paese.
La strada effettua un tornante (km 2,7) e si dirige alle case vicine; noi, invece, al tornante svoltiamo a destra imboccando una strada campestre che, dopo il tratto iniziale, scende abbastanza ripida e diviene asfaltata nei pressi di alcune case. Continuiamo a scendere sull'asfalto confluendo sulla strada provinciale (km 3,4).
Seguiamo la strada per cinquanta metri e svoltiamo a destra in una sterrata che ci riporta sulla provinciale alle prime case di Borassi (km 3,7).
Seguiamo la provinciale fino al bivio dove svoltiamo a destra e scendiamo attraversando il paesino.
Seguiamo l´asfalto in discesa fino al fondovalle. Attraversato il ponte siamo a Sisola (km 6,4).

Description:
From the peak three paths depart. To west the path goes down to Island del Cantone (itinerary 10 of the Valley Scrivia and trail sign FIE 24), to east the path goes down for Caprieto, normally used for the ascent (itinerary 9 of the Valley Scrivia and trail sign FIE g48). To north a path goes down with trail sign av.
We follow this. The path goes down, annoyed by the vegetation. The run is characterized by level stretches but some slopes don't miss.
We follow the path (without trusting too much the trail sign that disappears at every intersection) and we reach a fork (km 0,9). We leave the path that continues inviting and we turns to the left entering a narrow road that goes down in the wood.
After less than one hundred meters we meet a fork where we turn to the right following a road that quickly goes down.
The road meets in another better (km 1,6). We continue to the right and we insert in the dirt road that comes from Borgo Montessoro, we follow to the right it reaching an intersection (km 2) where we meet the road crossed by the itinerary 3.
We go straight on, in common with that. The road passes not too far Old Chambers. At the intersection (km 2,5) we leave to the left the road for the country and we continue on the dirt road.
With easy descent we lose height; the road becomes tarmac and reaches the provincial road (km 3,3).
We go to the right and we reach the houses of Borassi (km 3,8).
We follow the asphalt in descent up to the floor of the valley. Crossed the bridge we are to Sisola (km 6,8).
