Aggiornamento: 11/2004 Partenza: Molin Cornaio è il bivio con indicazioni per
Colli situato sulla strada che collega Tavarone con S.Pietro Vara; a circa 1,5
km di discesa da Tavarone. Percorso.
Partiamo da località Molin Cornaio e prendiamo la strada per Colli che sale asfaltata e ripida con svariati tornanti.
La strada raggiunge un incrocio alle case di Colli (km 2).
Svoltiamo a sinistra. La strada continua salire fino ad un bivio (km 2,6) dove
prendiamo la sterrata a destra. Percorriamo un primo tratto in leggera discesa
e poi riprendiamo la salita che termina al passo del Bocco di Bargone (km 6,6).
Svoltiamo a sinistra e seguiamo l'ampia strada che scende leggermente per poi
salire ad un bivio (km 7,5) dove svoltiamo a sinistra.
Ad una curva vediamo i ruderi degli edifici della miniera del monte Zenone e a
destra scende una stradina (km 8,4).
Lasciamo la strada per la miniera e scendiamo a destra. Superiamo un ruscello
e proseguiamo su sentiero. Avanziamo con numerosi saliscendi e qualche tratto
a piedi.
Il sentiero conduce su un crinale boscoso (km 9,4) che attraversiamo su evidente
sentiero e scendiamo su una stradina sterrata (km 9,8).
Svoltiamo a sinistra con facile percorso pianeggiante. La strada scende piuttosto
dissestata e poi prosegue come sentiero pianeggiante che ci porta a cambiare versante.
Proseguiamo in piano e raggiungiamo il bivio (km 11,4) dove, a destra, scende
l'itinerario 3.
Proseguiamo diritti sull'ampio sentiero (segnavia )
che porta al bel pascolo situato sotto la parete est del monte Alpe.
Costeggiamo la recinzione e superiamo un breve tratto non ciclabile. Il sentiero
prosegue pianeggiante ed entra nel bosco con una ripida discesa al cui inizio
abbandoniamo il segnavia che va a sinistra.
La discesa è breve e termina alla costruzione di una presa di un acquedotto
(km 12,6).
Seguiamo ora la stradina dell'acquedotto che attraversa il versante con facile
percorso e scende infine confluendo sulla sterrata che abbiamo seguito da Colli
(km 13,9).
Svoltiamo a destra e raggiungiamo l´asfalto e poi Colli (km 14,5) dove svoltiamo
a destra prima di entrare in paese.
La veloce discesa ci riporta a Molin Cornaio (km 16,4). Dislivello: circa 500 m in salita ed in discesa. Ciclabilità: 99% Osservazioni:

We depart from place Molin Cornaio (it is the fork with indications for Colli
placed on the road that connects Tavarone with S.Pietro Vara; to around 1,5
kms of descent from Tavarone).
We take the road for Colli that climbs asphalted and steep with many hairpin
bends. The road reaches an intersection next the houses of Colli (km 2).
We turn to the left. The road continuoes to climb up a fork (km 2,6) where we
take to the right the dirt road. We cross a first stretch in light descent and
then take the ascent that finishes to the pass of the Bocco of Bargone (km 6,6).
We turn to the left and we follow the ample road that slightly goes down then
to climb to a fork (km 7,5) where we turn to the left.
To a curve we see the ruins of the buildings of the mine of the Zenone mountain
and to the right a narrow road goes down (km 8,4).
We leave the road for the mine and we go down to the right. We get over a brook
and we continue on path. We advance with numerous up-and-downs and some stretches
on foot.
The path leads on a woody ridge (km 9,4) that we cross on evident path and we
go down on a narrow dirt road (km 9,8).
We turn to the left with easy level run. The road goes down rather rough and
then continues as level path that leads us to change side. We continue in plain
and we reach the fork (km 11,4) where, to the right, the itinerary 3 goes down.
We continue straight on the ample path (trail sign )
that leads to the beautiful pasture placed under the east wall of the Alpe mountain.
We skirt along the enclosure and get over a brief non cycle stretch. The path
continues level and enters the wood with a steep descent to whose beginning
we leave the trail sign that it goes to the left.
The descent is brief and finishes to the construction of an aqueduct (km 12,6).
We now follow the narrow road of the aqueduct that crosses the side with easy
run and it finally goes down meeting the dirt road that we have followed from
Colli (km 13,9).
We turn to the right and we reach the asphalt and Colli (km 14,5) where we turn
to the right before entering country.
The fast descent leads to Molin Cornaio (km 16,4). Gradient: around 500 ms in ascent and in descent. Cycle: 99% Observations:
