Di fronte all'albergo scendiamo nell'ampia sterrata chiusa da una
sbarra, segnavia e .
Con piacevole percorso attraversiamo l'altopiano passando sotto alle rocce della
Cima Frattin. Costeggiamo il grande Prato Ferretto sul lato meridionale e raggiungiamo
il netto valico fra il Bric Ressonou e la costiera del Rama (km 1,9). Fin qui in comune con l'itinerario 29.
Prendiamo il largo sentiero che scende di fronte a noi con qualche scalino di legno (segnavia FIE ). Il sentiero non è difficile e scende percorrendo una costola tra due ruscelli. Un tratto pianeggiante ci porta ai ruderi di Casa Carbuneè (km 2,9) dove lasciamo a destra il sentiero per il Rama.
Raggiungiamo la fonte Spinsu (km 3,1) dove prendiamo a destra il sentiero in discesa.
Alcuni tratti sono molto ripidi e sassosi e scendiamo con difficoltà fino ad un ruscello (km 4,5) a cui segue un tratto pianeggiante.
La discesa riprende, ripida e con tratti franati. Lasciamo a sinistra il raccordo per il sentiero di case Leveasso e scendiamo al guado del rio Lerca (km 5,7).
Il guado non è agevole ed impedisce il passaggio in caso di piena (il torrente ha un bacino piccolo e le piene sono di breve durata, è sufficiente evitare i giorni immediatamente seguenti a precipitazioni abbondanti).
La mulattiera alterna tratti facili ad altri dissestati e presenta qualche risalita. Superiamo senza problemi altri guadi minori e qualche passaggio sopra alti muraglioni che impone attenzione.
Ad un bivio (km 7,7) andiamo diritti sempre sul segnavia e raggiungiamo l'incrocio col sentiero che scende dal monte Rama (km 8,2) dove proseguiamo in discesa.
La mulattiera volge a sinistra e scende ripidamente un tratto che inizia con qualche gradone.
Le difficoltà terminano all'incrocio dell'asfalto (km 8,8) dove andiamo a sinistra seguendo al contrario l'itinerario

La stradina supera la Cappella di Sant'Anna, costeggia il campeggio e scende a Lerca (chiesa al km 10,3).
Continuiamo la discesa fino al fondovalle e all'Aurelia (km 12,6). Cogoleto è a destra a circa 1500 metri. Dislivello: -1100 m. Ciclabilità: 95% Asfalto: 30%. Osservazioni: itinerario molto impegnativo in una delle valli più belle del Parco.
Descent from Pratorotondo to Cogoleto

In front of the hotel we go down in the ample unmetalled road closed by a bar, trail sign and .
With pleasant run we cross the highland passing below the rocks of the Top Frattin. We skirt the great Lawn Ferretto on the southern side and we reach the pass between the Bric Ressonou and the ridge of the Rama (km 1,9). Up here in common with the itinerary 29.
We<take the wide path that goes down in front of us with some wood stair (trail sign FIE ). The path is not difficult and goes down crossing a rib among two brooks. A level tract brings us to the ruins of House Carbuneè (km 2,9) where we leave to the right the path for the Rama.
We reach the source Spinsu (km 3,1) where we take to the right the path in descent.
Some tracts are very steep and stony and we go down with difficulty to a brook (km 4,5) to which follows a level tract.
The descent takes again, steep and with slipped tracts. We leave to the left the link for the path of houses Leveasso and we go down to the ford of the brook Lerca (km 5,7).
The ford is not easy and prevents the passage in case of flood (the stream has a small basin and the floods they are of brief duration, it is enough to avoid the days immediately following to abundant precipitations).
The mule-track alternate easy tracts to others ruined and has some ascent again. We overcome without problems other smaller fords and some passage above high wall that imposes attention.
To a fork (km 7,7) we always go straight on the trail sign and we reach the intersection with the path that goes down from the mountain Rama (km 8,2) where we continue in descent.
The mule-track turns to the left and a tract that begins with some high step steeply goes down.
Difficulties finish to the intersection of the asphalt (km 8,8) where go to the left following contrarily the itinerary 11.
The narrow road overcomes the Chapel of Sant'Anna, it skirts the camping and it goes down to Lerca (church to the km 10,3).
The descent we continue up to the thalweg and to the Aurelia (km 12,6). Cogoleto is to the right to around 1500 meters. Gradient: -1100 ms. Cycle: 95% Asphalt: 30%. Observations: very binding itinerary in one of the most beautiful valleys of the Park.
