Partenza: Borzonasca in Valle Sturla.
Percorso.
Dal parcheggio del cimitero andiamo verso il paese e svoltiamo a destra, prima del
ponte, sulla strada per Pratosopralacroce.
Saliamo in direzione di Prato fino al termine della salita quando troviamo a sinistra il secondo bivio per Perlezzi
(km 6,9; segnaletica). Saliamo fino alla chiesa e proseguiamo fino al bivio (km 8; indicazioni per agriturismo La Malga) per Mereto.
La salita diventa sterrata e prosegue con ripidità crescente. Restiamo sempre sulla strada principale e raggiungiamo una rampa asfaltata che sale ad attraversare il crinale (km 12,1).
La strada attraversa i pascoli con pendenza moderata.
Lasciamo a sinistra l'agriturismo (km 13,2) e proseguiamo fino all´incrocio con la stradina
che scende a Giacopiane (km 13,7).
Da qui in avanti il percorso è in comune con l´itinerario 4.
La salita prosegue abbastanza ripida fino ad incrociare la strada che proviene
dal lago delle Lame (km 16,8; itinerario 2). Proseguiamo a destra in comune con
l´itinerario 2.
Superiamo ancora un tratto in salita e poi scendiamo fino ad incrociare la strada che sale
da Pratosopralacroce (km 19,7). Qui saliamo a sinistra e giungiamo alla Cappella che precede il rifugio Pratomollo
(km 22,2).
Immediatamente dopo la chiesetta sale a sinistra un sterrata. La prendiamo salendo facilmente al passo della Spingarda (km 22,8).
Dislivello: 1480 m.
Ciclabilità: 100%
Asfalto: 33%
Osservazioni: impegnativo per il dislivello, ma si può abbreviare
partendo da Pratosopralacroce.
Ascent from Borzonasca to Spingarda Pass

Trail description.
From the parking lot of the cemetery we go toward the country and we turn to the
right, before the bridge, on the road for Pratosopralacroce.
We rise in direction of Prato as far as the fork to the left for Perlezzi (km
6, signs). We rise up to the country and we get over it.
After some hundred meters we turn to the left in a secondary road that is detached
in a hairping curves (km 7, indications for Country inn La Malga).
Slope it is done dirt and it continues with increasing steepness and without other
deviations. We reach the pastures that precedes the malga.
Reached the country inn (km 12.3) we continue and we get over the intersection
with the road that goes down to Giacopiane.
From here the run it is in common with the itinerary 4.
Ascent it continues enough steep as far as cross the road that originates from
the lake of the Lame (km 16, itinerary 2). We continue in common to the right
with the itinerary 2.
We still get over a tract in slope and then we go down to cross the road that
climbs from Prato (km 19). We rise to the left here and we reach the shelter Pratomollo
(km 21,5).
Just before the shelter it climbs to the left a wide path. We take it climbing,
with some rough stretch, to the Pass of the Spingarda (km 22,5).
Gradient: 1400 ms.
On saddle: 99%
Observations: Binding for the gradient, but it can be shortened
departing from Pratosopralacroce.
