Dal rifugio prendiamo la strada per il rifugio Pizzini e la seguiamo in comune
con l´itinerario 17.
Raggiungiamo un bivio (km 1,4) dove andiamo a sinistra. La strada porta alle baite
dei Forni e, poco oltre, ad un bivio (km 1,9) dove passa l´itinerario 18.
Proseguiamo diritti sulla comoda stradina pianeggiante. Raggiungiamo un'opera
di presa (km 2,7), poi passiamo alti sulle baite Pradaccio e raggiungiamo la strada
che porta alle baite (km 3,8).
Proseguiamo incontrando un bivio. La strada di sinistra termina poco dopo, noi
prendiamo la strada di destra che sale ripida, trascuriamo il sentiero che va
in Val Manzina e raggiungiamo una passerella sul torrente (km 4,3).
Saliamo, poi attraversiamo in piano belle praterie e scendiamo alle baite Raseit
(km 5,8).
Dopo un crocifisso la strada scende verso le visibili baite Ablès. In corrispondenza
della prima costruzione svoltiamo a sinistra (km 6,9) seguendo il sentiero n°
34.
La discesa si svolge su una ripida stradina che scende veloce. Il percorso è
bello, la discesa ripida ma mai estrema.
Superiamo varie baite, sempre caratterizzate dai cartelli segnaletici (Monich,
Al Bacero).
Poco prima delle baite Li Nanza il sentiero si allarga a stradina.
Scendiamo sulla strada fino ad un bivio segnalato (km 9,4). Qui svoltiamo a sinistra
e scendiamo su un largo sentiero che termina esattamente sulla piazza di S.Caterina
(km 10,5). Dislivello: - 640 m Ciclabilità: 96% Asfalto: - Osservazioni: bellissima la discesa. Attenzione ai pedoni!

From the shelter we take the road for the shelter Pizzini and we follow it in
common with the itinerary 17.
We reach a fork (km 1,4) where we go to the left. The road leads in the huts
of the Forni and, few over, to a fork (km 1,9) where it passes the itinerary
18.
We continue straight on the comfortable level road. We reach a water plug (km
2,7), then we pass high on the huts Pradaccio and we reach the road that leads
to the huts (km 3,8).
We continue meeting a fork. The road of left finishes shortly after, we take
the road of right that steep climbs, disregard the path that goes to Val Manzina
and we reaches a footbridge on the stream (km 4,3).
Climb, then cross in plain beautiful grasslands and we go down to the huts Raseit
(km 5,8).
After a crucifix the road goes down toward the visible huts Ablès. In
correspondence of the first construction we turn to the left (km 6,9) following
the path n° 34.
The descent develops its on a steep narrow road that goes down fast. The run
is beautiful, the descent steep but never extreme.
We get over various huts, characterized always by the descriptive poster (Monich,
Al Bacero).
Just before the huts Li Nanza the path widens to narrow road.
We go down on the road up to a signalled fork (km 9,4). We turn to the left
here and we go down on a wide path that exactly finishes on the square of S.Caterina
(km 10,5). Gradient: - 640 ms Rideable: 96% Tarmac: - Observations: very beautiful the descent. Attention to the pedestrians!
