Partiamo dalla Chiesa di Solena e scendiamo in direzione del lago. Trascuriamo
la strada a destra e raggiungiamo la diga di Cancàno che attraversiamo.
Sull'altra riva la strada sale con due tornanti e raggiunge un incrocio dove andiamo
a sinistra raggiungendo un piazzale con ristorante ed una scuola di mtb (km 1,9).
Proseguiamo sulla strada che scende, raggiunge il laghetto delle Scale e lo costeggia
per salire alle Torri di Fraele (km 3,6).
Attraversiamo due brevi gallerie e scendiamo per la larga sterrata. Dopo il terzo
tornante lasciamo questa strada per svoltare a destra in una strada pianeggiante
e chiusa al traffico (km 4,8; indicazione decouville, sic!).
Seguiamo il comodo percorso pianeggiante fino ad un quadrivio (km 7,5). La strada
a destra sale in Val Vezzola e noi svoltiamo a sinistra.
La strada scende, piuttosto ripida. Al primo tratto in diagonale fanno seguito
alcuni tornanti ripidi che portano ad un ponte dove troviamo l´asfalto (km 9).
Continuiamo la discesa dopo aver attraversato poche case e scendiamo ad incrociare
un'altra strada (km 11,6) in località Pedenosso.
Svoltiamo a sinistra e seguiamo la strada che raggiunge l´incrocio con la strada
per Cancàno (km 13,4) e prosegue raggiungendo l´incrocio di Premadio (km

We depart from the Church of Solena and we go down in direction of the lake.
We neglect to the right the road and we reach the dike of Cancàno that
we cross.
On the other shore the road climbs with two hairpin bends and it reaches an
intersection where go to the left reaching a square with restaurant and the
mtb school (km 1,9).
We continue on the road that goes down, it reaches the little pond of the Scale
and skirts its to climb to the Towers of Fraele (km 3,6).
We cross two short galleries and we go down on the wide dirt road. After the
third hairpin bend we leave this road to turn to the right in a level road and
dam to the traffic (km 4,8; indication decouville, sic!).
We follow the comfort level run up to a crossroads (km 7,5). The road to the
right climbs in Val Vezzola and us we turn to the left.
The road goes down, rather steep. At the first diagonal stretch they follow
some steep hairpin bends that lead to a bridge where we find the asphalt (km
9).
We continue the descent after having crossed few houses and we go down to cross
another road (km 11,6) in place Pedenosso.
We turn to the left and we follow the road that reaches the intersection with
the road for Cancàno (km 13,4) and it continues reaching the intersection
