Scendiamo sulla mulattiera che passa a sinistra del rifugio e porta ad un incrocio
dove andiamo diritti. La mulattiera diventa un sentiero che entra nel bel bosco.
La discesa è ripida, ma la mulattiera è ben tracciata e scende
senza strappi.
Raggiungiamo le rovine di case Berge (km 1,4) che costeggiamo con difficoltà.
Passiamo da Grange d'Himbert (km 2,2) e case Pinei (km 2,6).
La mulattiera arriva ad incrociare il Sentiero dei Franchi (km 4,3) che seguiamo
a sinistra.
Dopo pochi metri entriamo sulla strada sterrata di fondovalle che seguiamo a
destra. Sottopassiamo l´autostrada, superiamo un ponte e raggiungiamo la SS
(km 5,4). Dislivello: 770 m Ciclabilità: 96% Asfalto: 11% Osservazioni: Solo discesa. L'uso della bici è regolamentato nel
Gran Bosco. Sono permesse le sterrate ed alcune mulattiere. Non sono sicuro
di questa, se avete dubbi chiedete alla casa del Parco a Salbertrand.
Descent from Montagne Seu to Salbertrand

We go down on the mule-track that it passes to the left of the shelter and leads
to an intersection where we go straight on. The mule-track it becomes a path
that enters the beautiful wood.
The descent is steep, but the mule-track it is well traced and it goes down
regularly.
We reach the ruins of houses Berge (km 1,4) that we skirt along with difficulty.
We pass Grange of Himbert (km 2,2) and houses Pinei (km 2,6).
The mule-track it arrives to cross the Path of the Franchis (km 4,3) that we
follow to the left.
After few meters we enter on the gravel road of floor of the valley that we
follow to the right. We pass under the higjway, get over a bridge and we reach
the national Road (km 5,4). Gradient: 770 ms On saddle: 96% Tarmac: 11% Observations: Only descent. The use of the bike is controled in the Gran
Bosco. They are permitted forest roads and some mule-tracks. I am not sure of
this, if you have doubts you ask to the house of the Park in Salbertrand
