Partiamo dalla chiesa di Celle Macra (6 km dalla provinciale della val Maira) ed imbocchiamo la strada a destra che costeggia il municipio (indicazioni per Chiotto).
La stradina è pianeggiante, poi sale e raggiunge le case di Chiotto (km 1,6). La strada scende e l'asfalto ha termine. Continuiamo su sterrato con andamento prevalentemente in discesa.
La strada riprende a salire e raggiunge il ponte sul Bedale Tibert (km 4,3). Inizia la lunga salita che non ha pendenze elevate, ma non concede riposo.
La strada sale con una serie di tornanti, effettua una diagonale a cui segue un'altra teoria di tornanti.
La valle si
allarga e la pendenza diminuisce. Lasciamo a destra una strada minore e, dopo qualche metro, attraversiamo il ruscello (km 9,7).
Alcuni tornanti ci fanno salire rapidamente. Lasciamo a destra la strada
per Grange Tibert (km 11,4) e saliamo ad un altro incrocio (km 12,2) dove incontriamo la GTA. Svoltiamo a destra e raggiungiamo la Bassa di Narbona (km 12,8). Dislivello: 1000 m. Ciclabilità: 100% Osservazioni: Asfalto: 14%
Ascent from Celle Macra to the Bassa di Narbona

We depart from the church of Celle Macra (6 kms from the provincial road of the val Maira) and we take to the right the road that skirts the town hall (indications for Chiotto).
The narrow road begins level, then climbs and it reaches the houses of Chiotto (km 1,6). The road goes down and the asphalt has term. We continue with course prevalently in descent.
The road climb again and reaches the bridge on the Bedale Tibert (km 4,3). It begins the long ascent that doesn't have elevated inclinations, but it doesn't grant rest.
The road climbs with a series of hairpin bends, effects a diagonal which it follows another series of hairpin bends.
The valley widens and the inclination decreases. We leave to the right a smaller road and, after some meter, cross the brook (km 9,7).
Some hairpins bends make us quickly climb. We leave to the right the road for Grange Tibert (km 11,4) and we climb to another intersection (km 12,2) where we meet the GTA. We turn to the right and we reach the Bassa of Narbona (km 12,8). Gradient: 1000 ms. Cycle: 100% Observations: Tarmac: 14%
