Dal Santuario prendiamo la strada asfaltata pianeggiante in direzione sud e raggiungiamo
il Passo di Pian Pietro dove la strada curva a destra ed inizia la salita.
In corrispondenza di uno skilift (km 3) lasciamo a sinistra la strada che sale
al Colle di Valmala. Proseguiamo, raggiungiamo il crinale al Colle di Palma Scura
e continuiamo a salire fino al termine dell´asfalto (km 6,3) al Colle della Ciabra.
La sterrata prosegue con moderata pendenza, supera il punto più alto e
prosegue in lieve discesa fino al Colle del Birrone (km 14,2). Dislivello: 420 m Ciclabilità: 100% Osservazioni: Asfalto: 44%
From the sanctuary of Valmala to the Pass of the Birrone

From the Sanctuary we take the tarmac level road in south direction and we reach
the Pass of Pian Pietro where the road curved to the right and it begins the
ascent.
In correspondence of a skilift (km 3) we leave to the left the road that climbs
to the Pass of Valmala. We continue, we reach the ridge to the Pass of Dark
Palm and we keep on climbing up to the term of the asphalt (km 6,3) to the Pass
of the Ciabra.
The dirt road continues with moderate inclination, it overcomes the highest
point and it continues in light descent up to the Pass of the Birrone (km 14,2). Gradient: 420 ms Rideable: 100% Observations: Tarmac: 44%
