Seguiamo la strada periferica fino ad incrociare via Bisalta (km 0). Prendiamo il ramo della strada che va verso sud e la seguiamo. Usciamo dal paese e prestiamo attenzione all'incrocio con una stradina sterrata (km 1,9; via Grima; cartelli della Bisalta Bike). Svoltiamo a destra e seguiamo la strada che sale, piuttosto ripida, nel castagneto.
Proseguiamo con pendenza minore, trascuriamo le strade laterali e raggiungiamo un incrocio sul crinale (Tetti Cava;
km 4,1). Svoltiamo a sinistra e saliamo ripidamente. La strada mantiene la pendenza elevata fino ad un bivio (km 4,5) dove teniamo la destra e continuiamo la salita che termina presso un casolare in un prato (km 5,1; Casa Seri).
Percorriamo un breve tratto pianeggiante e dobbiamo superare alcune dure salite, intervallate da tratti quasi pianeggianti. Guadagniamo un bivio (km 6) dove incontriamo l'itinerario 8 che va a destra.

seguendo al contrario l'itinerario 8.
Una breve rampa, ripida e sassosa, ci porta al guado sul rio Josina Ruggero
(km 6,4). La salita prosegue, ripida e faticosa, fino ad un seccatoio. Percorriamo una breve discesa ed incontriamo una sterrata più ampia (km 7,1) che prendiamo a destra.
La strada sale con qualche tornante
con pendenze anche elevate, ma fondo buono.
Dopo una curva il fondo peggiora e ci costringe a qualche tratto a piedi. Costeggiando un bosco di abeti raggiungiamo il ruscello ai piedi della Fontana Cappa

We follow the peripheral road up to cross street Bisalta (km 0). We take the branch of the road that goes toward south and we follows it. We go out of the country and we pay attention to the intersection with a narrow dirt road (km 1,9; street Grima; poster of the Bisalta Bike). We turn to the right and we follow the road that climbs, rather steep, in the chestnut tree wood.
We continue with smaller inclination and we neglect the side roads and we reach an intersection on the ridge (Tetti Cava; km 4,1). We turn to the left and we steeply climb. The road maintains the elevated inclination up a fork (km 4,5) where we hold the right and we continue the ascent that finishes near a farm in a lawn (km 5,1; House Seri).
We cross a brief level tract and we have to overcome some hard ascents, alternated by almost level tracts. We gain a fork (km 6) where we meet the itinerary 8 that it goes to the right.
We continue rights following contrarily the itinerary 8.
A brief ramp, steep and stony, it brings us to the ford on the brook Josina Ruggero (km 6,4). The climb it continues, steep and fatiguing, up a chestnut drying. We cross a brief descent and we meet an ampler dirt road (km 7,1) that we take to the right.
The road climbs with some hairping bend with elevated inclinations, but good bottom.
After a curve the bottom worsens and forces us to some tract on foot. Skirting a wood of firs we reach the brook to the feet of the Fontana Cappa and the Fontana (km 8,7). Gradient: 820 ms. Cycle: 95% Asphalt: 20% Observations:
