Descrizione.
Da Castellar di Boves saliamo lungo la strada di fondovalle raggiungendo S. Giacomo
(km 1,3). Un centinaio di metri dopo la chiesa incontriamo un bivio dove seguiamo
la strada di sinistra in forte salita.
Sempre su asfalto saliamo rapidamente ed arriviamo ad incrociare una strada che
va a sinistra (via Bercia; km 2,6).
Svoltiamo in questa strada che diventa subito sterrata.
Continuiamo a salire, incontrando numerosi tratti asfaltati. Raggiungiamo Tetti
Filibert Soprani e saliamo sempre.
Superati gli ultimi tornanti la pendenza diminuisce ed usciamo sul prativo Colle
Bercia (km 5,5).
Abbiamo una strada di fronte ed un'altra a sinistra, mentre immediatamente a sinistra
una vaga traccia di sentiero precipita nel bosco.
Prendiamo la strada di sinistra che sale, all´inizio leggermente, poi con pendenza
crescente e fondo cattivo. Superiamo con difficoltà due tornanti ed il
lungo traverso verso sinistra. Dopo aver superato un ruscello la pendenza diminuisce
ed il fondo migliora. Senza difficoltà attraversiamo un boschetto e raggiungiamo
la riva di un grande torrente (km 7,2) che si lascia attraversare senza troppi
problemi.
La strada ora è in discesa e ci porta velocemente alla Fontana Cappa (km
7,5) che sgorga alla base di una roccia.

Climb Fountain Cappa from Castellar

Description.
From Castellar of Boves we climb along the road of floor of the valley reaching
S.Giacomo (km 1,3). Hundred meters after the church we meet a fork where we
follow the road of left in strong ascent.
Always on tarmac climb quickly and we arrive to cross a road that goes to the
left (street Bercia; km 2,6).
We turn in this road that immediately becomes a dirt one.
We keep on climbing, meeting numerous asphalt stretches. We always reach Tetti
Filibert Soprani and climb.
Get over the last hairping curves the inclination it decreases and we go out
on the meadow Colle Bercia (km 5,5).
We have to the left a road and another in front of us, while to the left a vague
trace of path immediately falls in the wood (varying 7.1).
The road of left that climbs we take, at the beginning slightly, then with increasing
inclination and bad ground. We cross with difficulty two hairping curves and
the long beam toward left. After having cross a brook the inclination it decreases
and the ground improves. Without difficulty we cross a grove and we reach the
shore of a great stream (km 7,2) that he allows to cross without too many problems.
Now the road is in descent and leads us quickly to the Fountain Cappa (km 7,5)
that it gushes out at the base of a rock.

Observations:
Varying 7.1: Come down from Colle Bercia.
From Colle Bercia we go down in the steep lawn placed among the road of arrival
and that that it goes to fountain Cappa. Traces of yellow varnish to the departure.
We enter a dense wood of firs where we find a brook. Going toward right we go
out of the grove and get over a hold gorge. The path continues narrow, rough,
difficult in diagonal to the right. We finally arrive (km 1) to a spring in
the wood where we meet a path that we follow to the right.
With easier run we clearly reach the pylons with wood cross (km 2,3) where we
continue with the itinerary 8.
