Dalla piazza del Municipio di Frabosa andiamo in salita seguendo le indicazioni per
la caserma dei Carabinieri. Di fronte alla caserma (km 0,6) prendiamo la strada
che sale a destra. Attraversiamo le piste di sci in un sottopasso e proseguiamo
in ripida salita arrivando al termine dell´asfalto.
La strada prosegue evidente e le strade laterali sono evidentemente fuorvianti.
Usciamo dal bosco nei pascoli, raggiungiamo la strada che arriva da Bossea e
la Colla del Prel (km 7,2) dove troviamo l´asfalto.
Andiamo verso destra, in salita tra i palazzoni di Prato Nevoso. Con qualche
tornante ci eleviamo finché raggiungiamo la vetta del monte Malanotte.

From the central square of Frabosa we go in slope following the indications
for the Policemen's barracks. In front of the barracks (km 0,6) we take the
road that rises to the right. We cross the ski-tracks in a underpass and we
continue in steep slope arriving at the end of the asphalt road.
The road continues evident and the side roads are evidently misleading. We go
out of the wood in the pastures, we reach the road that arrives from Bossea
and the Pass of the Prel (km 7,2) where we find the asphalt.
We go toward right, in slope among the big buildings of Snowy Lawn. With some
hairping curves we raise to reach the peak of Malanotte mountain. Station of
arrival of the fittingses of Frabosa (km 9,4). Gradient: 880 ms. On saddle: 100% Observations:
