Da S. Stefano di Cadore raggiungiamo Sega Digon dove lasciamo la SS52 e svoltiamo a destra (km 0).
Saliamo in val Digon sulla strada asfaltata. Raggiungiamo una chiesa dove svoltiamo a sinistra (km 1,2).
La strada prosegue costeggiando il torrente, inizialmente asfaltata poi sterrata.
Ignoriamo alcuni incroci restando sulla strada principale. Con un tratto ripido, parzialmente asfaltato, arriviamo a Casera Silvella (km 9,4).
Svoltiamo a sinistra prima della malga e saliamo a tornanti.
Arriviamo ad un bivio (Costa Rigoledo; km 11,5) dove andiamo a sinistra.
Un lungo tratto in diagonale ed un ultimo tornate ci portano al Passo Silvella.
Dalla parte opposta sale l´itinerario 4 della
Val Pusteria. Dislivello: 1220 m. Ciclabilità: 100% Osservazioni: La strada fino a Casera Silvella è, assurdamente, aperta
al traffico; evitare giorni ed ore di affollamento. N.B. L'alluvione del giugno 2002 ha distrutto la strada. Informarsi.
Ascent to Passo Silvella
Updating: 7/2001 Trail description.
From S.Stefano we reach Sega Digon where we leave the SS52 and we turn to the right (km 0).
We rise Val Digon on the asphalt road. We reach a church where we turn to the
left (km 1,2).
The road continues skirting along the stream, initially it is asphalted then begins dirt.
We ignore some intersections staying on the main road. With a steep tract, partially asphalted, we reach Casera Silvella (km 9,4).
We turn to the left before the malga and we rise with hairping curves.
We arrive to a fork (skirt Rigoledo; km 11,5) where we go to the left.
A long tract in diagonal and a last hairping curve they bring us to the Passo Silvella.
From the opposite part rise the itinerary 4 of the Val Pusteria. Gradient: 1220 ms. On saddle: 100% Observations: The road to Casera Silvella is, absurdly, open to the traffic; to avoid days and times of overcrowding. N.B: the flood, in june 2002, has destroyed the road. Keep invormations.
