Aggiornamento: 7/2001 Descrizione.
Dal rifugio percorriamo a ritroso la strada della val Sesis, fino al parcheggio del rifugio Calvi. Immediatamente prima del parcheggio svoltiamo a destra e scendiamo ad attraversare il Piave.
La strada sterrata sale e poi scende al passo del Roccolo (km 1,5).
Non prendiamo il sentiero segnalato ma proseguiamo sulla strada. Ancora una salita e poi scendiamo ad un largo valico.
La strada scende a destra ed attraversa un pascolo. Entriamo del bosco affrontando una discesa ripida con tratti di fondo cattivo.
Dopo circa 1,5 di discesa impegnativa la pendenza diminuisce ed arriviamo ad un guado (km 4,8).
L'ampia strada forestale attraversa il bosco in leggera discesa e termina ad un ponte superato il quale troviamo l´asfalto (km 7).
Andiamo a sinistra, sulla strada asfaltata, fino alle case di Cimacanale (11,5 km). Dislivello: 590 m. Ciclabilità: 100% Osservazioni: Poco ciclabile in senso opposto.
NB: Il sentiero 137 che scende direttamente da rifugio Sorgenti del Piave in Val Visdende è distrutto dalle alluvioni per un tratto di circa 1,2 km. Chiedere al rifugio circa la percorribilità.
Come down from shelter Sorgenti del Piave to Val Visdende
Updating: 7/2001 Trail description.
From the shelter we go along the road of the val Sesis, as far as the parking
lot of the shelter Calvi. Immediately before the parking lot we turn to the right
and we go down to cross the Piave.
The dirt road rise and then it goes down to the Passo of the Roccolo (km 1,5).
We don't take the signalled path but we continue on the road. Another slope and then we go down to a breadth pass.
The road goes down to the right and crosses a pasture. We enter of the wood facing a steep descent with bad tracts .
Later around 1,5 of binding descent the inclination decreases and we arrives to a ford (km 4,8).
The ample forest road crosses the wood in light descent and finishes to a bridge
where we find the asphalt road (km 7).
We go to the left, on the asphalt road, as far as the houses of Cimacanale (11,5 kms). Gradient: 590 ms. On saddle: 100% Observations: Few cycle in opposite sense.
NB: The path 137 that it directly goes down from shelter Sorgenti del Piave to
Val Visdende it is destroyed from the floods for a tract of around 1,2 kms. To
ask the shelter.
