Dalla piazza con parcheggio si entra nel paese e lo si attraversa. Si segue la strada che costeggia un campeggio abbandonandola dopo circa 300 metri dal paese.
Qui si incontra una stradina che sale a sinistra nei pascoli; la si segue. Essa sale ad ampi tornanti nel bosco e conduce ad un ponte (km 1.4). Superato il ponte si procede nel vallone; in vista di un grande masso nel greto si trova un sentiero a destra che si imbocca.
Il sentiero sale un po' sconnesso, poi prosegue alternando tratti facili ad altri sconnessi. Si procede senza deviazioni fino ad un bivio (km 4.5). A sinistra si va al casotto ed al passo Arolla.
Qui l´itinerario termina. Sarebbe possibile proseguire ancora un po' oppure scendere a sinistra al ponte, ma in ogni caso non si ha prosecuzione ciclabile possibile. Dislivello: 290 m Ciclabilità: 90% Osservazioni:

From the square with car park we enter the country and cross it.
We follow the road that skirts along a camping abandoning it around 300 meters from the country.
Here we find a small road that climbs to the left in the pastures. It climbs to
ample hairping curves in the wood and it conducts to a bridge (km 1.4). Got over the
bridge we proceed in the valley; in sight of a great rock in the pebbly shore
we find to the right a path on which rise.
The path climbs a little bit rough, then it continues alternating easy stretches to others rough.
We proceed without deviations until to a fork (km 4.5).
Here the itinerary finishes.
It would be possible to continue a little bit still or to go down to the left to the bridge, but in every case prosecution cycle possible is not had. Gradient: 290 ms On saddle: 90% Observations:
