Dal centro di Auronzo (p.zza del Comune) proseguiamo sulla strada in direzione
di Misurina.
Dopo 4,5 km troviamo le indicazioni per Val da Rin e svoltiamo a sinistra, superando un ponte.
Risaliamo la strada asfaltata; superiamo lo chalet La Primula ed arriviamo ad un incrocio.
Tralasciamo la strada a sinistra, vicina al torrente, e saliamo a destra (km 8,3).
Arriviamo ad una sbarra (fin qui anche in macchina) che superiamo iniziando una ripida salita su asfalto.
Dopo 1 km la strada diviene sterrata. La salita conduce in località Pian de Siera e termina ad un incrocio (km 10,2) con cartelli segnaletici.
Svoltiamo a destra su strada di nuovo asfaltata, superiamo una sbarra e affrontiamo una ripida salita.
Quando la pendenza diminuisce la strada diviene sterrata, supera un tratto franato e raggiunge un ripiano nel bosco (km 12).
Proseguiamo in discesa per un po', poi di nuovo in salita fino ad arrivare in vetta dove la strada ha termine (antenne; km 15,1). Dislivello: 915 m. Ciclabilità: 100% Osservazioni: La cartografia non corrisponde allo stato dei luoghi.
Ascent to mount Rusiana from Auronzo
Updating: 7/2001 Trail description.
From the center of Auronzo (square of the Commune) we continue on the road in
direction of Misurina.
After 4,5 kms we find the indications for Val da Rin and we turn to
the left, overcoming a bridge.
We go up again the asphalt road; we get over the chalet La Primula
and we arrive to an intersection.
We don't follow to the left the road, near the stream, and we rise to the right
(km 8,3).
We arrive to a bar (to here also by car) that we get over beginning a steep slope
on asphalt road.
After 1 kms the road becomes dirt. The slope conducts in place Pian
de Siera and finishes to an intersection (km 10,2) with descriptive
poster.
We turn to the right o road again asphalted, we get over a bar and we face a steep
slope.
When the inclination decreases the road it becomes dirt, it get overs
a slipped tract and it reaches a ledge in the wood (km 12).
We continue a little bit in descent, then again in slope as far as
the peak where the road has term (aerialss; km 15,1). Gradient: 915 ms. On saddle: 100% Observations: The cartography doesn't correspond to
the state of the places.
